【摘要】：急性應(yīng)激和注意偏向是焦慮障礙和創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙發(fā)生和癥狀保持的兩個重要因素。急性應(yīng)激導(dǎo)致交感神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)激活以及兒茶酚胺和糖皮質(zhì)激素分泌增加,因而影響對威脅刺激的注意偏向。但是急性應(yīng)激如何影響注意偏向中的注意定向和注意解除尚不清楚。本項目采用點探測任務(wù)、威脅線索空間提示任務(wù),結(jié)合恐懼條件反射、眼動和事件相關(guān)電位技術(shù),研究急性應(yīng)激對注意定向和注意解除影響的認知神經(jīng)機制。研究結(jié)果可為治療焦慮和創(chuàng)傷后應(yīng)激障礙提供支持,為公共衛(wèi)生管理政策的制定提供建議。
[Abstract]:Acute stress and attention bias are two important factors in the occurrence and maintenance of anxiety disorders and post-traumatic stress disorders. Acute stress leads to activation of the sympathetic nervous system and increased secretion of catecholamines and glucocorticoids, thereby affecting attention bias to threatening stimuli.
