【摘要】：目的:研究采用模擬目擊證人辨認(rèn)范式考察部分線索效應(yīng)對目擊證人隊列識別的影響。方法:采用3(線索條件:無線索、場景線索、人物線索)×2(罪犯是否在列:罪犯在列、不在列)混合設(shè)計,主要考察不同線索條件對再認(rèn)正確率的影響。結(jié)果:場景線索下面孔再認(rèn)正確率低于無線索和人物線索條件下的再認(rèn)正確率,無線索條件下的正確率顯著低于人物線索條件下的再認(rèn)正確率。結(jié)論:該研究證明在目擊證人辨認(rèn)中也存在部分線索效應(yīng)。該結(jié)論對場景記憶以及司法指認(rèn)過程都具有重要的啟示和較高的實踐價值。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of partial cues on eyewitness cohort identification using simulated eyewitness identification paradigm. Methods: the mixed design of 3 (cues: no clue, scene clue, character clue) 脳 2 (whether the criminal is in the list: the criminal is in the column, not in the column) was used to investigate the effect of different clue conditions on the recognition accuracy. Results: the correct rate of face recognition under scene clue was lower than that under the condition of no clue and character clue, and the correct rate of recognition under the condition of no clue was significantly lower than that under the condition of character clue. Conclusion: this study has shown that there are some cues in eyewitness identification. This conclusion has important enlightenment and high practical value for scene memory and judicial identification process.
