侗族中學(xué)生韌性素質(zhì)、心理健康與主觀幸福感的關(guān)系研究
[Abstract]:Toughness quality refers to the relatively stable, basic and suitable stage of individual development formed by practice under the joint action of heredity and environment, which is characterized by life adversity, trauma and tragedy. Positive psychological characteristics of good coping and adapting to threats or other major stress in life. This study is based on the perspective of positive psychology and pays attention to the negative emotion and positive emotion of individual at the same time. By using statistical software technology, this study explores the mechanism of the resilience quality of Dong nationality middle school students on subjective well-being and mental health. In order to provide theoretical basis for the scientific development of mental health education of Dong nationality middle school students. In this study, 600 students from ethnic minority areas in Guizhou were investigated by using the resilience quality scale of minority adolescents, the mental health scale of middle school students and the subjective well-being scale of middle school students. This paper probes into the demographic differences among the resilience, mental health and subjective well-being of middle school students of Dong nationality, and analyzes the correlation among the variables of resilience, mental health and subjective well-being of Dong nationality middle school students. Regression analysis confirmed the predictive effect of mental health, resilience quality on subjective well-being, and the mediating role of resilience quality between mental health and subjective well-being. The results show that: (1) there are significant differences in the resilience of Dong ethnic middle school students in gender, whether key schools, only child and grade there is no significant difference; (2) there was a significant correlation between mental health and resilience, mental health and subjective well-being, and resilience and subjective well-being; (3) the mental health of Dong nationality middle school students can predict the subjective well-being, (4) the resilience quality of Dong nationality middle school students can predict the subjective well-being; (5) there are some mediating effects between mental health and subjective well-being of middle school students of Dong nationality.
