社會轉(zhuǎn)型期新生代員工工作不安全感問題

【摘要】:作為當(dāng)前核心人力資源的新生代員工,其在社會劇烈轉(zhuǎn)型過程中產(chǎn)生的工作不安全感問題引發(fā)社會各界廣泛關(guān)注。新生代員工工作不安全感具有明顯的時(shí)代特征,它的形成既與員工個(gè)性特征有關(guān),也受外部經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、組織環(huán)境以及家庭環(huán)境等因素的影響。強(qiáng)烈的工作不安全感會對新生代員工的組織承諾、離職率、組織公民行為甚至創(chuàng)新能力等帶來諸多負(fù)面影響,組織管理者必須采取適當(dāng)措施有效管理新生代員工的工作不安全感問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)員工與組織的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the new generation of employees in the core human resources, the problem of job insecurity in the process of social transformation has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life. The new generation of employees' job insecurity has obvious characteristics of the times, its formation is not only related to the personality of employees, but also affected by the external economic environment, organizational environment and family environment and other factors. A strong sense of job insecurity can have a lot of negative effects on the organizational commitment, turnover rate, organizational citizenship behavior and even innovation ability of the new generation of employees. The organization manager must take appropriate measures to effectively manage the job insecurity of the new generation of employees and realize the harmonious development between the staff and the organization.
