特殊兒童家長正念與焦慮的關(guān)系:應(yīng)對方式的中介作用

【摘要】:目的:探討應(yīng)對方式在特殊兒童家長正念水平影響焦慮情緒中的作用。方法:采用五因素正念覺知量表、狀態(tài)-特質(zhì)焦慮問卷和應(yīng)對方式問卷對174名特殊兒童家長進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果:(1)求助、幻想應(yīng)對方式存在顯著性別差異,且女性家長的得分顯著高于男性家長;不判斷維度存在在職與否的顯著性差異,且非在職家長的得分高于在職家長;其他正念因素、焦慮及應(yīng)對方式維度不存在性別及在職與否的差異;(2)正念與積極應(yīng)對方式各維度呈顯著正相關(guān),與消極應(yīng)對方式各維度呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與特質(zhì)焦慮和狀態(tài)焦慮呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān);(3)應(yīng)對方式在正念影響焦慮的過程中起完全中介作用。結(jié)論:特殊兒童家長的正念水平通過應(yīng)對方式對焦慮程度產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the effect of coping style on anxiety of parents with special children. Methods: 174 parents of special children were investigated by five factor mindfulness awareness scale, state-trait anxiety questionnaire and coping style questionnaire. Results: (1) there were significant gender differences in coping styles of seeking help and the scores of female parents were significantly higher than those of male parents and the scores of non-working parents were higher than those of working parents. Other positive factors, anxiety and coping style dimensions, there is no gender and job differences; (2) positive correlation between positive attitude and positive coping style dimensions, and negative correlation between negative coping style dimensions; (3) coping style plays a role as a complete mediator in the process of mindfulness affecting anxiety. Conclusion: the level of mindfulness of parents of special children has an effect on anxiety through coping style.
