大學(xué)新生安全感干預(yù)研究

【摘要】:安全感是指對(duì)危險(xiǎn)或風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)感以及應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)時(shí)的有力或無力感,包括確定控制感和人際安全感,具有可測(cè)量性和可干預(yù)性。大學(xué)新生處于人生的重要轉(zhuǎn)折階段,是否有安全感對(duì)大學(xué)新生適應(yīng)新環(huán)境有重要的影響,對(duì)大學(xué)新生安全感的干預(yù)有助于其快速適應(yīng)環(huán)境,健康成長。目的:基于安全感理論和團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)理論,設(shè)計(jì)一套適合大學(xué)新生安全感的團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)方案,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)大學(xué)新生展開系統(tǒng)的干預(yù),以提高大學(xué)新生的安全感。方法:本研究采用前測(cè)、后測(cè)及追蹤測(cè)的研究范式,以南昌市某大學(xué)的20名新生為研究對(duì)象,將其隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組10人。對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)組進(jìn)行每周一次,每次120分鐘,共10次的團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)干預(yù),對(duì)照組不進(jìn)行任何心理干預(yù)。本研究根據(jù)被試在《安全感量表》上的前測(cè)、后測(cè)及實(shí)驗(yàn)后三個(gè)月的追蹤測(cè)得分來測(cè)量因變量的實(shí)驗(yàn)效果,并通過質(zhì)性材料的分析對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充說明,來檢驗(yàn)本次干預(yù)對(duì)大學(xué)新生安全感的影響。結(jié)果:(1)干預(yù)前,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組的安全感水平無顯著差異(M_實(shí)=3.018±0.441,M_對(duì)=2.981±0.356,P=0.590)(2)實(shí)驗(yàn)組干預(yù)前后安全感水平存在顯著差異(M_前=3.018±0.441,M_后=4.318±0.243,P0.01)(3)對(duì)照組干預(yù)前后安全感水平無顯著差異(M_前=2.981±0.356,M_后=2.975±0.310,P=0.817)(4)干預(yù)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組在安全感水平上存在顯著差異(M_實(shí)=4.318±0.243,M_對(duì)=2.975±0.310,P0.01)(5)干預(yù)后3個(gè)月的追蹤測(cè)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,實(shí)驗(yàn)組成員的安全感水平與前測(cè)存在顯著差異(P0.01),與后測(cè)無顯著差異(P0.05)(6)對(duì)照組成員3個(gè)月后的追蹤測(cè)結(jié)果與前測(cè)、后測(cè)均無顯著差異(P0.05)結(jié)論:有針對(duì)性的團(tuán)體心理輔導(dǎo)可以顯著提高大學(xué)新生的安全感。
[Abstract]:The sense of security refers to the premonition of danger or risk and the sense of strength or powerlessness in dealing with a crisis, including the sense of certainty of control and the sense of interpersonal security, which are measurable and interventional. College freshmen are at an important turning point in their life. Whether they have a sense of security has an important effect on the freshmen adapting to the new environment. The intervention of the security of freshmen helps them to adapt to the environment quickly and grow up healthily. Objective: based on the theory of security and group psychological counseling, a set of group psychological counseling program suitable for freshmen's security was designed, and on this basis, systematic intervention was carried out on freshmen in order to improve the sense of security of freshmen. Methods: in this study, 20 freshmen from a university in Nanchang were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 10 in each group. The experimental group was treated with group psychological counseling once a week for 120 minutes, and the control group was not given any psychological intervention. In this study, the experimental results of dependent variables were measured according to the scores of pre-test, post-test and follow-up test three months after the experiment, and the experimental results were supplemented by qualitative material analysis. To test the impact of this intervention on college freshmen's sense of security. Results: (1) before intervention, There was no significant difference in the level of security between the experimental group and the control group (M0. 018 鹵0. 441). (2) there was a significant difference in the level of security between the experimental group and the control group before and after the intervention (3. 018 鹵0. 441 M0. 3 鹵0. 243 P0.01). (3) there was no significant difference between the control group before and after intervention (2. 981 鹵0. 356M_ 2) (2. 975 鹵0. 310 P0. 817) (4) after the intervention, there was no significant difference in the security level between the control group and the control group (2. 981 鹵0. 356M_) (P < 0. 975 鹵0. 310) (4) after the intervention, there was no significant difference between the control group and the control group. There was a significant difference in the level of security between the experimental group and the control group (4.318 鹵0.243) (2.975 鹵0.310 P0.01) (5) the results of the follow-up test 3 months after intervention showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the level of security. There was a significant difference between the security level of the experimental group and the pre-test (P0.01), but there was no significant difference with the post-test (P0.05) (6) the follow-up and pre-test of the control group after 3 months. There was no significant difference in post-test (P0.05) conclusion: targeted group psychological counseling can significantly improve the sense of security of freshmen.
