自然關(guān)聯(lián)性:概念、測(cè)量、功能及干預(yù)

【摘要】:自然關(guān)聯(lián)性是指人們主觀上感到與自然融為一體的程度,包括對(duì)自然的認(rèn)知、情感和行為三個(gè)維度。自然關(guān)聯(lián)性的測(cè)量主要采用自陳式量表和內(nèi)隱聯(lián)系測(cè)驗(yàn)從外顯和內(nèi)隱兩個(gè)層面進(jìn)行。已有理論與實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),與自然接觸能夠幫助恢復(fù)心理疲勞、改善認(rèn)知表現(xiàn)、緩解身心癥狀、提升幸福感、促進(jìn)親社會(huì)行為。研究者采用了多種干預(yù)方式提升自然關(guān)聯(lián)性。未來(lái)的研究需要進(jìn)一步探究自然關(guān)聯(lián)性的概念、研究方法、積極效應(yīng)的條件、以及文化的影響等。
[Abstract]:Natural relevance refers to the degree of people's subjective feeling merging with nature, which includes three dimensions: cognition, emotion and behavior. The measurement of natural correlation is mainly carried out from explicit and implicit levels by self-report scale and implicit association test. Theoretical and empirical studies have found that contact with nature can help to recover mental fatigue, improve cognitive performance, alleviate physical and mental symptoms, enhance happiness and promote pro-social behavior. The researchers used a variety of interventions to enhance natural relevance. Future research needs to further explore the concept of natural relevance, research methods, conditions for positive effects, and cultural influences.
