職校技能競賽選手情緒智力、心理韌性與應(yīng)激應(yīng)對的關(guān)系

【摘要】:職校技能競賽選手在競賽情境下的應(yīng)激應(yīng)對機(jī)制對比賽成績有重要影響。為了探討競賽選手的應(yīng)激應(yīng)對機(jī)制以及如何有效地應(yīng)激應(yīng)對更有助于其在競賽中的穩(wěn)定發(fā)揮,本研究立足于競賽選手的應(yīng)激應(yīng)對,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討情緒智力、心理韌性水平與應(yīng)激應(yīng)對的關(guān)系。采用情緒智力量表(EIS)、青少年心理韌性量表、自編應(yīng)激應(yīng)對問卷對360名參加過技能競賽市級選拔賽的選手進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。研究結(jié)果:(1)初步編制的應(yīng)激應(yīng)對問卷具有良好的信效度,內(nèi)部一致性信度在0.711~0.854范圍,效度在0.766~0.847范圍,驗證性因子分析達(dá)到模型適配度指標(biāo)。(2)技能競賽選手應(yīng)激應(yīng)對策略依次是集中解決問題的應(yīng)對、超越應(yīng)對、處理情緒與回避應(yīng)對。集中解決問題的應(yīng)對、超越應(yīng)對、處理情緒與回避應(yīng)對在性別、獲獎情況上均存在顯著差異。男生較女生更傾向于使用集中解決問題的應(yīng)對、超越應(yīng)對、處理情緒與回避應(yīng)對;優(yōu)秀選手較一般選手能更多地運(yùn)用應(yīng)激應(yīng)對。(3)技能競賽選手情緒智力在中等偏上水平上下波動,且在性別、獲獎情況上存在顯著差異。男生情緒智力及其各維度水平顯著優(yōu)于女生;優(yōu)秀選手情緒智力及各維度水平均顯著高于一般選手。(4)技能競賽選手心理韌性在中等偏上水平上下波動,且在性別、獲獎情況上存在顯著差異。男生心理韌性及目標(biāo)專注、積極認(rèn)知、家庭支持水平顯著高于女生;優(yōu)秀選手心理韌性及目標(biāo)專注、情緒控制、積極認(rèn)知、家庭支持、個人力和支持力水平均極高于一般選手。(5)情緒智力、心理韌性是應(yīng)激應(yīng)對的有效預(yù)測指標(biāo),目標(biāo)專注、積極認(rèn)知、他人情緒調(diào)控、情緒感知、情緒控制對應(yīng)激應(yīng)對有正向預(yù)測作用。基于此,筆者建議職業(yè)學(xué)校通過多種途徑培養(yǎng)選手合理化認(rèn)知,設(shè)置目標(biāo),管理情緒的能力。
[Abstract]:The stress coping mechanism of vocational school skill competition players in the competition situation has an important impact on the competition results. In order to explore the stress coping mechanism of contestants and how to effectively cope with stress, this study is based on the stress coping of contestants, and then discusses emotional intelligence. The relationship between psychological resilience and stress coping. The emotional intelligence scale (EIS),) was used to measure the mental toughness of adolescents. The self-designed stress coping questionnaire was used to investigate the ability of 360 contestants who had participated in the municipal auditions of skill competitions. The results were as follows: (1) the preliminary stress-coping questionnaire had good reliability and validity, the reliability of internal consistency was 0.7110.854, and the validity was 0.7660.847. Confirmatory factor analysis reached the fitness index of the model. (2) stress coping strategies of skill competition players were focused on problem solving, beyond coping, dealing with emotion and avoidance coping. There are significant differences in gender and award-winning situations between gender and avoidance coping, focusing on problem solving, transcending coping, dealing with emotion and avoiding coping. Boys are more inclined to use concentrated problem-solving coping than girls, surmount coping, deal with emotion and avoid coping; The excellent players can use stress coping more than the ordinary players. (3) the emotional intelligence of the skill competition players fluctuates on the upper middle level, and there are significant differences in gender and award. The level of emotional intelligence and its dimensions of male students was significantly higher than that of girls, and the level of emotional intelligence and each dimension of excellent contestants was significantly higher than that of ordinary players. (4) the psychological resilience of skill-contestants fluctuated up and down the middle level and in gender. There is a significant difference in the awards. Boys' psychological resilience and goal focus, positive cognition, family support level were significantly higher than girls; excellent athletes' psychological resilience and goal focus, emotional control, positive cognition, family support, (5) emotional intelligence, mental resilience are the effective predictors of stress coping, goal focus, positive cognition, emotional regulation of others, emotional perception. Emotional control has a positive predictive effect on stress response. Based on this, the author suggests that vocational schools should train players' ability of rational cognition, goal setting and emotion management through various ways.
