基于心理學角度的組織領(lǐng)導力WICS模型述評

【摘要】:美國心理學家Sternberg在前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上整合了領(lǐng)導力模型研究的不同成果,提出了WICS模型。該模型從認知角度看待領(lǐng)導的過程,為深化研究組織領(lǐng)導力提供了一個新的視角。由于這一模型問世時間尚短,從搜集到的資料來看,學界對該模型整體、系統(tǒng)的專門介紹和評價都較為稀少,尤其國內(nèi)對該模型的相關(guān)介紹不僅少且不夠全面,文章試圖在較系統(tǒng)地整理國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻基礎(chǔ)上,盡可能全面地闡述Sternberg的WICS模型,并從方法論角度作出評析。
[Abstract]:On the basis of previous research, American psychologist Sternberg integrated different achievements of leadership model and put forward WICS model. The model looks at the process of leadership from a cognitive perspective and provides a new perspective for further research on organizational leadership. Because of the short time of this model, from the data collected, it is rare for academic circles to introduce and evaluate the model as a whole, especially the related introduction to the model in China is not only few but also not comprehensive enough. This paper attempts to elaborate Sternberg's WICS model as comprehensively as possible on the basis of systematical collation of relevant literature at home and abroad, and to comment on it from the point of view of methodology.
