大學(xué)生社會交換人格的問卷編制及其現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】：近年來,國內(nèi)有關(guān)社會交換的研究主要是經(jīng)典理論的翻譯綜述和評述以及在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會學(xué)、組織學(xué)、人際關(guān)系學(xué)等領(lǐng)域做一些應(yīng)用研究,然而真正從心理學(xué)角度做的實證研究還是不夠充分。人格方面的研究,國內(nèi)不管是理論上還是實用實證上的研究都比較多,而且研究方法上也比較成熟。然而,社會交換和人格之間是有聯(lián)系的,社會交換活動會影響人格特質(zhì)的形成發(fā)展,而相應(yīng)的人格特質(zhì)也會反應(yīng)在社會交換活動的表現(xiàn)中,故在社會交換活動中,我們形成了一種穩(wěn)定的特定的人格特質(zhì),即社會交換人格。本研究旨在探究分析大學(xué)生社會交換人格的維度結(jié)構(gòu)和現(xiàn)狀,故結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料和交流訪談探索后,把大學(xué)生社會交換人格定義為:大學(xué)生在彼此相互付出與回報所擁有的資源的社會交換過程中表現(xiàn)出來的穩(wěn)定而獨特的人格體質(zhì)。本研究在查閱研究文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,深入訪談多名大學(xué)生被試,編制大學(xué)生社會交換人格問卷,繼而對該預(yù)測問卷進(jìn)行項目區(qū)分度分析、探索性因素分析和信效度檢驗,從而得到最終的正式問卷。一共包括20道題目,問卷包括五個維度,分別是利他性、審慎性、宜人性、隱忍性和功利性。問卷結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,信效度良好,可用于大學(xué)生社會交換人格的測量。通過自編的大學(xué)生社會交換人格問卷對江西師范大學(xué)、廈門大學(xué)、北京工業(yè)大學(xué)和中國傳媒大學(xué)四所大學(xué)的部分大學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,研究結(jié)果顯示大學(xué)生社會交換人格的主要特征如下:大學(xué)生社會交換人格具有性別差異,在審慎性、宜人性和功利性上,男生顯著高于女生;在審慎性和宜人性上,大四學(xué)生顯著高于大一、大二和大三的學(xué)生;同時在功利性上,大四高于大二和大三,大一高于大二;在專業(yè)上,文史科的大學(xué)生在宜人性和功利性上高于理工科的大學(xué)生;就家庭所在地而言,農(nóng)村的大學(xué)生在功利性上明顯高于城鎮(zhèn)的大學(xué)生;北方的大學(xué)生在利他性、審慎性、宜人性和功利性四個方面也明顯高于南方的大學(xué)生;同時獨生子女大學(xué)生在審慎性、宜人性和功利性上大于非獨生子女大學(xué)生,而非獨生子女大學(xué)生在隱忍性上大于獨生子女大學(xué)生。
[Abstract]:In recent years, domestic studies on social exchange have mainly been the translation review and review of classical theories and some applied studies in the fields of economics, sociology, organization, interpersonal relations, etc. However, the empirical research done from the angle of psychology is not enough. There are many researches on personality both theoretically and empirically, and the research methods are mature. However, there is a link between social exchange and personality. Social exchange activities affect the formation and development of personality traits, and the corresponding personality traits are reflected in the performance of social exchange activities, so in social exchange activities, We have formed a stable and specific personality trait, namely social exchange personality. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the dimensional structure and current situation of college students' social exchange personality. The social exchange personality of college students is defined as the stable and unique personality physique of college students in the process of social exchange of resources they have with each other. On the basis of consulting the research literature, this study deeply interviewed a number of college students, compiled the social exchange personality questionnaire of college students, and then carried on the item differentiation analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability validity test to the forecast questionnaire. And get the final formal questionnaire. The questionnaire includes five dimensions: altruism, prudence, humanity, forbearance and utilitarianism. The questionnaire has clear structure and good reliability and validity. It can be used to measure the social exchange personality of college students. Based on the self-designed questionnaire on the Social Exchange Personality of College students, this paper investigates some college students of Jiangxi normal University, Xiamen University, Beijing University of Technology and Communication University of China. The results show that the main characteristics of college students' social exchange personality are as follows: college students' social exchange personality has gender differences, the male students are significantly higher than the girls in prudential, suitably and utilitarian, and in the prudent and suitably human nature, The senior students are significantly higher than the freshmen, sophomores and junior students; at the same time, the senior students are higher than the sophomores and the sophomores, and the freshmen are higher than the sophomores. In terms of family location, rural college students are obviously higher than urban college students in utilitarianism, northern college students are also higher than southern college students in four aspects of altruism, prudence, amenity and utilitarianism. At the same time, the only child college students are more prudent, suitably human and utilitarian than the non-only child college students, and the non-only child college students are more tolerant than the only child college students.
