團體輔導(dǎo)對救生艙環(huán)境下礦工心理的影響研究

【摘要】:我國是煤炭消耗大國,生產(chǎn)過程充滿危險,所以需要有充分的安全保護措施來保證礦工的生命安全。在這種背景下,礦用救生艙作為一種已被證明有效的救援手段,可以明顯提高礦工在發(fā)生礦難后的獲救機會。然而在以往救生艙的設(shè)計和使用過程中礦工的深層心理需要和特征并沒有得到足夠重視,為了探求提升救生艙使用效率的心理因素,本研究采用領(lǐng)悟社會支持、安全感和焦慮作為研究對象來驗證團體輔導(dǎo)的有效性并探討其對改善救生艙環(huán)境下礦工心理的相關(guān)啟示。本研究通過實驗組、控制組后測實驗設(shè)計,對其中一組30名(實驗組)礦工進行團體輔導(dǎo),以期提升礦工的領(lǐng)悟社會支持、安全感,降低焦慮和改善礦工對救生艙使用的態(tài)度,并利用領(lǐng)悟社會支持評定量表、安全感量表、焦慮自評量表和自行編制的救生艙使用態(tài)度量表來考察實驗處理的結(jié)果,進而結(jié)合研究結(jié)果為救生艙的使用提供一些幫助。結(jié)果表明:礦工整體上心理健康狀態(tài)較好,只有輕微的焦慮表現(xiàn);領(lǐng)悟社會支持、安全感和焦慮三個量表之間各個維度之間顯著相關(guān),說明所選量表是非常有效的,較高的領(lǐng)悟社會支持和安全感可以顯著反向預(yù)測焦慮狀態(tài);接受了團體心理輔導(dǎo)的礦工在領(lǐng)悟社會支持、安全感方面的得分顯著高于控制組即并未接受團體心理輔導(dǎo)的礦工,而焦慮得分卻明顯低于控制組;實驗組的被試對待救生艙的態(tài)度相比控制組顯得更加積極和樂觀,說明團體輔導(dǎo)是有效的,可以應(yīng)用到實際的礦工培訓(xùn)中。
[Abstract]:China is a big coal consuming country, the production process is full of danger, so it is necessary to have sufficient safety measures to ensure the safety of miners. In this context, mine rescue cabin as a proven effective rescue means, can significantly improve the chance of miners after the mine disaster. However, in the past, the deep psychological needs and characteristics of miners in the design and use of lifebuoys have not been paid enough attention to. In order to explore the psychological factors to improve the efficiency of lifebuoys, this study adopts social support. Safety and anxiety were used as research objects to verify the effectiveness of group counseling and to explore its implications for the improvement of miners' psychology in the environment of lifebuoys. In order to improve the understanding of social support, safety, anxiety and attitude towards the use of lifebuoys, a group of 30 miners in the control group and the experimental group were given group counseling through the experimental group and the control group post-test experimental design, in order to improve the understanding of social support, safety, anxiety and attitude of the miners to the use of the lifebuoy. Using the perceived Social support rating scale, the Safety scale, the Self-Rating anxiety scale and the Self-developed attitude scale for the use of the lifebuoy to investigate the results of the experiment, and then provide some help for the use of the lifebuoy in combination with the results of the study. The results showed that the miners were in a good state of mental health as a whole, with only slight anxiety, and there was a significant correlation between the three scales of perceived social support, security and anxiety, which indicated that the scale was very effective. The higher perceived social support and the higher sense of security could significantly predict the anxiety state, and the miners who received group psychological counseling had significantly higher scores in perceived social support than those in the control group, that is, the miners who had not received group psychological counseling, had significantly higher scores in terms of perceived social support than those in the control group. The anxiety score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the attitude of the subjects in the experimental group towards the lifebuoy was more positive and optimistic than that of the control group, which indicated that group counseling was effective and could be applied to the actual miner training.
