情緒調(diào)節(jié)困難對(duì)大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮的影響:相貌負(fù)面身體自我和社交回避與苦惱的鏈?zhǔn)街薪樽饔?/H1>

【摘要】：為考察相貌負(fù)面身體自我、社交回避與苦惱在情緒調(diào)節(jié)困難和手機(jī)成癮關(guān)系中的鏈?zhǔn)街薪樾?yīng),使用情緒調(diào)節(jié)困難量表、相貌負(fù)面身體自我量表、社交回避與苦惱量表和大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮傾向量表對(duì)734名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。研究顯示:(1)情緒調(diào)節(jié)困難會(huì)正向預(yù)測(cè)大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮;(2)相貌負(fù)面身體自我是情緒調(diào)節(jié)困難與大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮之間關(guān)系的中介變量;(3)社交回避與苦惱是相貌負(fù)面身體自我與大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮之間關(guān)系的中介變量;(4)社交回避與苦惱是情緒調(diào)節(jié)困難與大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮之間關(guān)系的中介變量。因此,相貌負(fù)面身體自我和社交回避與苦惱在情緒調(diào)節(jié)困難與大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮之間起鏈?zhǔn)街薪樽饔?這些結(jié)果對(duì)于大學(xué)生手機(jī)成癮的預(yù)防與干預(yù)具有重要的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the negative physical self, the chain intermediary effect of social avoidance and distress in the relationship between emotional adjustment difficulties and mobile phone addiction, we used the emotional adjustment difficulty scale and the appearance negative physical self scale. 734 college students were investigated by social avoidance and distress scale and mobile phone addiction tendency scale. The results show that: (1) emotional adjustment difficulties positively predict college students' mobile phone addiction; (2) physical self-appearance is the intermediary variable of the relationship between emotional regulation difficulties and college students' mobile phone addiction; (3) social avoidance and distress are negative physical features. (4) Social avoidance and distress are the intermediary variables of the relationship between emotional adjustment difficulties and college students' mobile phone addiction. Therefore, the negative physical self-appearance and social avoidance and distress play an intermediary role between emotional adjustment difficulties and college students' mobile phone addiction. These results are of great value to the prevention and intervention of college students' mobile phone addiction.
