心理健康視角下的監(jiān)獄警察情緒管理研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)的職業(yè)群體壓力不斷加大,而監(jiān)獄人民警察作為一個(gè)特殊的職業(yè)群體,集多種社會(huì)角色于一身,更加面臨巨大壓力。而為落實(shí)黨十七大提出的“最大限度增加和諧因素,最大限度減少不和諧因素”的新目標(biāo),真正體現(xiàn)以人為本科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的新理念,2008年在全國(guó)政法系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)貫徹黨的十七大精神和胡錦濤總書(shū)記重要講話專(zhuān)題研討班上提出要把刑釋解教人員重新違法犯罪率作為衡量監(jiān)管工作的首要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),確保教育改造工作取得實(shí)效,這就對(duì)監(jiān)獄警察工作提出了更高的要求,也給監(jiān)獄警察帶來(lái)了更大的工作壓力,這給監(jiān)獄警察職工的身心健康和工作帶來(lái)隱患。高壓力會(huì)給個(gè)體帶來(lái)一定的情緒問(wèn)題。對(duì)于監(jiān)獄警察來(lái)說(shuō),這些負(fù)面情緒不僅會(huì)影響到他們個(gè)人,還會(huì)對(duì)他們的家庭和監(jiān)獄,甚至整個(gè)社會(huì)造成較大的影響。因此,對(duì)監(jiān)獄警察職工進(jìn)行情緒管理方面的研究,分析其特點(diǎn)并提出針對(duì)性建議,具有十分重要的理論與實(shí)踐意義。 本文參考了國(guó)內(nèi)外大量關(guān)于情緒和情緒管理,以及監(jiān)獄警察職工心理健康的文獻(xiàn),系統(tǒng)整理了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論與實(shí)證研究,從心理健康的角度,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和個(gè)案訪談的方式對(duì)C監(jiān)獄警察職工的情緒現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,分析個(gè)人情緒管理的特點(diǎn)及C監(jiān)獄對(duì)警察職工情緒管理中存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)188名C監(jiān)獄警察的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及部分警察的個(gè)案研究,得出如下結(jié)論: (1)C監(jiān)獄警察的情緒管理能力水平較高。 (2)女性的情緒管理能力顯著高于男性。從各因子來(lái)看,女性情緒調(diào)控能力、情緒表現(xiàn)能力、情緒覺(jué)察能力及情緒理解能力顯著高于男性,在情緒運(yùn)用能力上則不存在顯著性差異。 (3)情緒管理能力在級(jí)別上存在顯著性差異,從總分看,主任科員、科員的情緒管理能力均顯著大于副主任科員。 (4)C監(jiān)獄警察情緒管理能力在工作性質(zhì)上存在顯著性差異,從總分來(lái)看,科室警察的情緒管理能力高于監(jiān)區(qū)警察。從具體因子來(lái)看,科室警察的情緒調(diào)控能力、情緒表現(xiàn)能力及情緒覺(jué)察能力顯著高于監(jiān)區(qū)警察,在情緒運(yùn)用能力上則無(wú)顯著性差異。 (5)ABC理論可以對(duì)監(jiān)獄警察的情緒管理產(chǎn)生積極效果。 在問(wèn)卷調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,文章結(jié)合個(gè)案訪談及作者本身的經(jīng)驗(yàn)體會(huì)提出了應(yīng)該從組織層面及個(gè)人角度做好監(jiān)獄警察情緒管理,促進(jìn)監(jiān)獄警察心理健康的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the pressure of professional groups in various industries is increasing. As a special professional group, the prison people's police, as a special professional group, gather a variety of social roles, and face great pressure. In order to implement the new goal of "maximizing harmony factors and minimizing disharmony factors" proposed by the 17th National Congress of the Party, In 2008, in the national political and legal system to study and implement the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the Party and the General Secretary of the Hu Jintao important speech seminar put forward to release the criminal release personnel again illegal crimes. Rate as the primary measure of regulatory work, To ensure the effectiveness of the reform of education, it puts forward higher requirements for prison police work, but also brings more pressure to prison police, which brings hidden dangers to the health and work of prison police staff. High stress can lead to certain emotional problems. For prison police, these negative emotions will not only affect them, but also their families and prisons, and even the society as a whole. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the emotional management of prison police staff, analyze its characteristics and put forward targeted suggestions. Referring to a large number of domestic and international literature on emotional and emotional management, as well as the mental health of prison police staff, this paper systematically collates the relevant theoretical and empirical studies at home and abroad, and from the perspective of mental health, By means of questionnaire investigation and case interview, this paper studies the present situation of the police staff in C prison, analyzes the characteristics of personal emotional management and the problems existing in the emotional management of the police staff in C prison. Based on the questionnaire survey of 188 C prison police officers and the case study of some police officers, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the emotional management ability of C prison police is higher, and (2) the emotional management ability of female is significantly higher than that of male. According to the factors, female emotion regulation ability, emotion expression ability, emotion awareness ability and emotion understanding ability were significantly higher than that of male. There was no significant difference in emotion application ability. (3) there was significant difference in emotion management ability. The emotional management ability of the officers was significantly higher than that of the deputy director. (4) there were significant differences in the nature of work of C prison police emotional management ability, from the total score, the emotional management ability of the department police was higher than that of the prison district police. According to the specific factors, the ability of emotion regulation, emotion expression and emotion awareness of department police is significantly higher than that of police in prison area. There was no significant difference in emotion application ability. (5) ABC theory can produce positive effect on emotional management of prison police. On the basis of questionnaire investigation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to manage prison police's emotion and promote their mental health from the angle of organization and individual, combining with the case interview and the author's own experience.
