【摘要】：本研究旨在關(guān)注武警基層戰(zhàn)士應(yīng)對方式、人格特征和心理健康的現(xiàn)狀及其在人口學(xué)變量上的差異性。探討武警基層戰(zhàn)士應(yīng)對方式、人格特征和心理健康三者的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而探討應(yīng)對方式在人格特征對心理健康的影響中是否起到中介作用。 本研究采用癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)、大五人格問卷(NEO-FFI)和簡易應(yīng)對方式問卷(SCSQ),對某2個武警總隊(duì)357名基層武警戰(zhàn)士進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,所得數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用SPSS和Amos軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)處理,在這個過程中做了t檢驗(yàn)、方差分析、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析和路徑分析等,得出以下主要結(jié)論： 1.武警基層戰(zhàn)士SCL-90,總分均數(shù)在是否是獨(dú)生子女、服役部隊(duì)駐地兩個人口學(xué)變量上存在顯著差異。武警基層戰(zhàn)士的SCL-90各維度中,強(qiáng)迫癥狀、焦慮、恐怖均分?jǐn)?shù)高于中國軍人的常模,軀體化均分?jǐn)?shù)與中國軍人常模相同,人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁、敵對、偏執(zhí)、精神病性癥狀、總分的平均分?jǐn)?shù)低于中國軍人的常模,并且在人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁、偏執(zhí)3個維度的均分?jǐn)?shù)上達(dá)到了顯著差異。武警基層戰(zhàn)士的SCL-90各維度與中國常模進(jìn)行比較發(fā)現(xiàn),武警基層戰(zhàn)士的SCL-90各因子及總分均數(shù)的數(shù)值要高于中國地方常模,尤其在軀體化、強(qiáng)迫癥狀、恐怖、偏執(zhí)、精神病性癥狀、總分均數(shù)上與中國地方常模有極顯著差異,在焦慮、敵對兩個因子上與中國地方常模有顯著差異。 2.武警基層戰(zhàn)士積極應(yīng)對維度與SCL-90各因子得分和總均分呈現(xiàn)負(fù)相關(guān),與人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁、焦慮、恐怖呈明顯負(fù)相關(guān),消極應(yīng)對維度則與SCL-90各因子分及總分均數(shù)呈明顯正相關(guān),兩種應(yīng)對方式對心理健康水平都有顯著預(yù)測作用,在積極應(yīng)對和消極應(yīng)對兩種方式中,消極應(yīng)對對心理健康水平的影響更加突出。 3.人格特征的神經(jīng)質(zhì)、外傾性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性和友善性與心理健康指標(biāo)SCL-90的各因子及總均分存在顯著相關(guān),其中神經(jīng)質(zhì)與SCL-90的各因子得分及總均分存在顯著正相關(guān),外傾性、友善性和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性與SCL-90的各因子得分及總均分存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān),對心理健康影響最大的是神經(jīng)質(zhì),其次是友善性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性。 4.積極應(yīng)對方式與大五人格各維度中的外傾性、開放性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性的程極顯著正相關(guān),而消極應(yīng)對與大五人格維度中的神經(jīng)質(zhì)程極顯著正相關(guān),與外傾性、友善性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性程極顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與開放性程顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。神經(jīng)質(zhì)特征明顯的戰(zhàn)士更傾向于選擇消極的應(yīng)對方式,而外傾性、開放性、友善性、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性特征明顯的戰(zhàn)士更傾向選擇積極應(yīng)對方式 5.武警基層戰(zhàn)士的心理健康受人格特征與應(yīng)對方式的影響,消極應(yīng)對方式在神經(jīng)質(zhì)、友善性與心理健康之間存在部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to pay attention to the present situation of the coping style , personality characteristics and mental health of the armed police grass - roots fighters and their differences in demographic variables . The relationship between the coping styles , personality characteristics and mental health of the armed police base - roots fighters is discussed , and whether the coping styles play an intermediary role in the influence of personality characteristics to mental health is discussed .

In this study , we used the Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL - 90 ) , the Big Five Personality Questionnaire and the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire ( SCSQ ) to carry out the questionnaire investigation on 357 grass - roots armed police fighters of a total of 357 grass - roots armed police units . The obtained data were statistically processed by SPSS and software . The following conclusions were drawn : t - test , variance analysis , correlation analysis , regression analysis and path analysis .

The scores of SCL - 90 and total score were higher than that of Chinese military norm , especially in somatization , obsessive - compulsive symptoms , terror , paranoid and psychotic symptoms .

2 . There was a negative correlation between the scores of SCL - 90 and the scores of SCL - 90 , and the negative coping styles were positively correlated with the scores of SCL - 90 and SCL - 90 , and the negative coping styles had obvious positive correlation with the scores of SCL - 90 and the total score .

3 . The neuroticism , extroversion , severity and friendliness of personality traits were significantly correlated with the factors of SCL - 90 and the total mean score of SCL - 90 , among which the scores of factors and total mean score of SCL - 90 were positively correlated , extroversion , friendliness and severity were negatively correlated with the scores of factors and total mean scores of SCL - 90 , and the most important effects on mental health were neuroticism , followed by friendliness and strictness .

4 . The positive coping style and extroversion , openness and strictness of the five personality dimensions are significantly positive , while the negative coping style is significantly correlated with the neuroticism in the five personality dimensions , and is negatively correlated with the openness course .

5 . The mental health of armed police grass - roots fighters is influenced by personality characteristics and coping styles . Negative coping styles have some mediating effects between neuroticism , goodwill and mental health .
