【摘要】：拖延是指盡管預(yù)見到該行為會(huì)帶來不利后果,人們?nèi)宰栽竿七t開始或完成某一計(jì)劃好的行為。先前的研究對(duì)拖延的類型、影響因素、成因以及干預(yù)等方面進(jìn)行了廣泛的探討,然而拖延的決策過程——"現(xiàn)在做還是以后做?"認(rèn)知機(jī)制還非常不清楚。因此,本文提出拖延決策模型試圖從三方面闡明"現(xiàn)在做還是以后做?"的決策機(jī)制:首先,拖延動(dòng)機(jī)和不拖延動(dòng)機(jī)的斗爭是決定是否拖延的根本;其次,拖延動(dòng)機(jī)的斗爭可以進(jìn)一步簡化為任務(wù)負(fù)性過程和任務(wù)正性結(jié)果的權(quán)衡;最后,主動(dòng)推遲任務(wù)使負(fù)性過程發(fā)生延遲折扣是拖延的核心目的。拖延決策模型不僅有助于探明拖延的核心認(rèn)知機(jī)制,也能夠幫助預(yù)測拖延行為的發(fā)生及解釋各種影響因素的作用機(jī)制,因此未來的研究可以借此整合一個(gè)從拖延的核心發(fā)生機(jī)制到各種影響因素的理論系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Procrastination means that despite the adverse consequences foreseen, people voluntarily postpone the initiation or completion of a planned behavior. Previous studies have extensively discussed the types, factors, causes and interventions of procrastination. However, the Procrastination of the decision-making process, "do it now or after?", is also a cognitive mechanism. Therefore, this paper proposes that the procrastination model attempt to clarify three aspects of the decision-making mechanism of "do now or do?": first, the struggle between procrastination and non procrastination is the basis for deciding whether or not to procrastinate; secondly, the struggle for procrastination can be further reduced to a trade-off between task negative process and mission positive result; finally, Procrastination is the core of procrastination. Procrastination model not only helps to detect the core cognitive mechanism of procrastination, but also helps to predict the occurrence of procrastination and explain the mechanism of various influencing factors. Therefore, future research can integrate one from the core of procrastination. A theoretical system of mechanism to a variety of factors.
