【摘要】：近年來,在應急管理工作中,突發(fā)事件對人們造成的心理創(chuàng)傷及以此相對應的心理危機干預工作受到社會越來越多的關注。相對發(fā)達國家而言,我國心理危機干預的理論研究和工作實踐均起步較晚,近年來取得了一些進步,但仍存在：一、工作開展存在無序性和盲目性；二、工作的持續(xù)性無法保證；三、工作的重復性嚴重影響工作實效三方面問題。而現(xiàn)有研究有如下特點：一、仍處于介紹國外成熟經(jīng)驗及基本知識、方法的階段；二、高校相關研究和以災民為主體的研究較多,但以全體公眾為主體的研究基本空白；三、研究者在建立心理危機干預工作長效機制的必要性和緊迫性方面已達成共識,但涉及切實可行的具體的機制構建的文章鮮見；四、應急管理是全過程管理,但現(xiàn)有研究幾乎全部以事后的應急處置為中心。 文章借助文獻分析、案例分析和比較分析法,首先闡述了我國目前心理危機干預工作中存在的問題,繼而對研究現(xiàn)狀進行評述,提出本研究將要解決的問題；然后,介紹與本研究有關的概念及理論；繼而借鑒國外心理危機干預經(jīng)驗,通過闡述我國心理危機干預長效機制的內(nèi)容構成和對我國心理危機干預機制構建的建議,嘗試構建從應急管理的全過程管理角度,以全體社會公眾為對象的我國應急管理中心理危機干預長效機制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in the work of emergency management, more and more attention has been paid to the psychological trauma caused by emergencies and the corresponding psychological crisis intervention. Compared with the developed countries, the theoretical research and work practice of psychological crisis intervention in China started relatively late, and some progress has been made in recent years, but there still exist: first, there is disorder and blindness in the development of work; second, The continuity of work can not be guaranteed; third, the repeatability of work seriously affects the three aspects of work effectiveness. The existing research has the following characteristics: first, it is still in the stage of introducing foreign mature experience and basic knowledge and methods; second, there are more related studies in colleges and universities, but the research is basically blank with the whole public as the main body; third, Researchers have reached a consensus on the necessity and urgency of establishing a long-term mechanism for psychological crisis intervention, but there are few articles concerning the construction of practical and concrete mechanisms; fourthly, emergency management is the whole process management. However, almost all of the existing studies focus on the post-event emergency response. With the help of literature analysis, case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper first expounds the problems existing in the intervention of psychological crisis in China, then comments on the present research situation, and puts forward the problems to be solved in this study. This paper introduces the concepts and theories related to this study, and then draws lessons from the experience of foreign psychological crisis intervention, and expounds the content of the long-term mechanism of psychological crisis intervention in China and the suggestions for the construction of the psychological crisis intervention mechanism in China. This paper attempts to construct a long-term mechanism of psychological crisis intervention in emergency management in China from the point of view of the whole process of emergency management and taking the whole social public as the object.
