心理韌性在兒童少年家教方式與創(chuàng)傷間中介效應(yīng)

【摘要】:目的探討家教方式對兒童少年創(chuàng)傷癥狀的影響并建立結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,為健康干預(yù)提供依據(jù)。方法采用多階段抽樣方法,于2013年6—12月對遼寧省沈陽、大連、錦州、丹東、營口、遼陽6市篩檢出創(chuàng)傷事件的1 793名兒童少年應(yīng)用家庭教養(yǎng)方式量表、埃森創(chuàng)傷癥狀量表(ETI)、青少年心理彈性量表進(jìn)行調(diào)查、分析及構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。結(jié)果學(xué)生性別、家庭教養(yǎng)方式及學(xué)生心理韌性對創(chuàng)傷癥狀有預(yù)測作用,可以解釋創(chuàng)傷癥狀19.3%的變異量(P0.05);家庭教養(yǎng)方式對創(chuàng)傷癥狀有直接效應(yīng)(λ3=-0.20,P0.05),家庭教養(yǎng)方式通過學(xué)生心理韌性對社區(qū)兒童少年創(chuàng)傷癥狀有間接效應(yīng)(λ5=-0.27,P0.05),家庭教養(yǎng)方式通過直接效應(yīng)和心理韌性的間接效應(yīng)解釋創(chuàng)傷癥狀24.2%的變異量。結(jié)論家庭教養(yǎng)方式通過學(xué)生心理韌性對社區(qū)兒童少年創(chuàng)傷癥狀起中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effects of family education on traumatic symptoms in children and adolescents and to establish a structural equation model to provide evidence for health intervention. Methods from June to December 2013, 1 793 children and adolescents in Shenyang, Dalian, Jinzhou, Dandong, Yingkou and Liaoyang of Liaoning Province were examined for traumatic events. Essen Trauma symptom scale (ETI) and Adolescent Psychoelasticity scale were investigated, analyzed and constructed structural equation model. Results students' gender, family rearing style and students' psychological toughness could predict the traumatic symptoms. It can be explained that the variation of trauma symptom is 19.3% (P 0.05), family rearing style has direct effect on trauma symptom (位 3 + -0.20% P 0.05), family rearing style has indirect effect on trauma symptom of children and adolescents through students' psychological toughness (位 5 + -0.27% P 0.05), family rearing style has direct effect on trauma symptom of children and adolescents in community (位 5 + -0.27% P 0.05), family rearing style has direct effect on trauma symptom. Direct effects and indirect effects of mental toughness account for 24.2% of the variation in trauma symptoms. Conclusion Family rearing style plays a mediating effect on traumatic symptoms of children and adolescents in community through students' psychological resilience.
