【摘要】：目的： 探索患者家屬在經(jīng)歷親人罹患疾病這一應(yīng)激性事件的整個過程中的具體應(yīng)對表現(xiàn)。將癌癥患者家屬在整個過程中的應(yīng)對看做一個動態(tài)的過程,綜合考慮認知、態(tài)度、行為等各方面因素,探討癌癥家屬在應(yīng)對的各個階段詳細的應(yīng)對表現(xiàn)。方法： 本研究采用質(zhì)性研究方法。通過參與式觀察法及半結(jié)構(gòu)式深入訪談法,收集了11名癌癥患者家屬的詳盡資料。采用扎根理論的編碼思路,對收集到的資料依次進行開放式編碼、主軸編碼、選擇式編碼,以此完成對資料的分析。運用參與者檢驗法,邀請受試者對研究結(jié)果進行反饋,完成對研究效度的檢驗。 結(jié)果： (1)對訪談資料進行開放式編碼,得到27個一級編碼。 (2)整理開放式編碼中的條目,獲得13個二級編碼,分別是：急性應(yīng)激反應(yīng)、無力面對事實、自我內(nèi)心沖突、抱怨目前遭遇、調(diào)整自我狀態(tài)、適應(yīng)支持者角色、情緒反復無常、心理瀕臨耗竭、與病人關(guān)系緊張、補償?shù)姆烙鶛C制、利用疾病成長、愛的感受度提高、升華的人生觀。 (3)辨別歸納各個二級編碼,研究者最終提取出五項核心類別：逃避期、妥協(xié)期、接納期、磨合期、升華期。 結(jié)論： 癌癥患者家屬在應(yīng)對親人罹患疾病的整個過程中,其應(yīng)對表現(xiàn)經(jīng)歷了逃避期、妥協(xié)期、接納期、磨合期、升華期五個階段。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the specific coping behavior of family members in the course of the stress event. Taking the response of cancer patients' relatives in the whole process as a dynamic process, considering the factors of cognition, attitude, behavior and so on, the detailed coping performance of cancer family members in each stage of coping was discussed. Methods: The qualitative method was used in this study. The detailed data of 11 cancer patients' families were collected by means of participatory observation and semi-structured in-depth interviews. Based on the idea of rooting theory, the collected data are encoded by open coding, spindle coding and selective coding in order to complete the analysis of the data. Participants were invited to feedback the results of the study to complete the validity test. Results: 1) the open coding of interview data was carried out, and 27 primary codes were obtained. (2) sorting out the items in the open code and obtaining 13 secondary codes, they are: acute stress response, inability to face the facts, inner conflict of oneself, complaining about the current situation, adjusting self state, adapting to the role of supporter, volatile mood. Psychology is on the verge of exhaustion, the relationship with patients is tense, the defense mechanism of compensation, the growth of disease, the improvement of feeling of love, and the sublimation of outlook on life. Finally, the researchers extracted five core categories: escape period, compromise period, acceptance period, running-in period and sublimation period. Conclusion: In the whole process of dealing with the disease of relatives, the family members of cancer patients experienced five stages: escape period, compromise period, acceptance period, running-in period and sublimation period.
