大學(xué)生自憫、心理應(yīng)激與負(fù)性情感的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:自憫是一種健康的自我觀念,指當(dāng)面臨個(gè)人失敗和面對(duì)心理或生理痛苦時(shí),對(duì)自己的一種寬容、友善的態(tài)度傾向。自憫包括三個(gè)主要成分,即自我友善、普遍人性和正念。自我友善是指以友好的態(tài)度對(duì)待自己,對(duì)自身的不足、缺點(diǎn)給予寬容和理解;普遍人性是指意識(shí)到自身經(jīng)歷的是人類所經(jīng)歷的一部分,個(gè)人與他人是聯(lián)系在一起的;正念是指?jìng)(gè)體能清晰認(rèn)識(shí)個(gè)人當(dāng)前的經(jīng)歷,坦然接受和面對(duì)并嘗試調(diào)整。自憫作為一種積極人格品質(zhì),與個(gè)體的身心健康有著廣泛的聯(lián)系,它能幫助人們脫離痛苦心境,保護(hù)個(gè)體的情緒健康。心理應(yīng)激是個(gè)體的內(nèi)穩(wěn)態(tài)受到社會(huì)心理威脅時(shí)候的狀態(tài),當(dāng)應(yīng)激源作用于個(gè)體時(shí),個(gè)體會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種應(yīng)激反應(yīng),包括生理反應(yīng)、心理反應(yīng)和行為應(yīng)對(duì)。很多研究表明心理應(yīng)激會(huì)使個(gè)體產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的負(fù)性情感,而自憫可以幫助個(gè)體有效應(yīng)對(duì)壓力事件、調(diào)整情緒狀態(tài),所以本研究欲通過兩個(gè)研究來具體探討自憫是否能夠緩解心理應(yīng)激對(duì)負(fù)性情感的影響。研究一選取了考研的大學(xué)生,他們處于慢性應(yīng)激狀態(tài),通過問卷調(diào)查的方式探討心理應(yīng)激、自憫和負(fù)性情感的關(guān)系。研究二運(yùn)用實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,以模擬工作面試作為急性心理應(yīng)激源,探究在面臨急性應(yīng)激事件時(shí),不同自憫個(gè)體的表現(xiàn)差異及自憫的情緒保護(hù)功能。研究結(jié)果如下:1、自憫與心理應(yīng)激顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與負(fù)性情感顯著負(fù)相關(guān);心理應(yīng)激與負(fù)性情感顯著正相關(guān)。2、自憫在心理應(yīng)激與負(fù)性情感的關(guān)系中起中介作用,即自憫能緩解心理應(yīng)激帶來的負(fù)性情感。3、不同自憫個(gè)體的應(yīng)激主觀報(bào)告和心率差異不顯著,心率變異性的差異顯著,高水平自憫組在演講和恢復(fù)階段顯示出更高的心率變異性。4、不同自憫個(gè)體在面試階段的負(fù)性情感存在顯著差異,高水平自憫組有較低的負(fù)性情感。
[Abstract]:Self-pity is a healthy self-concept which refers to a tolerant and friendly attitude towards oneself when faced with personal failure and psychological or physical pain. Compassion consists of three main components: self-friendliness, universal humanity and mindfulness. Self-friendliness is to treat oneself with a friendly attitude, to give tolerance and understanding to one's own shortcomings and shortcomings, to realize that one's own experience is a part of human experience, and that the individual is connected with others; Mindfulness is the ability of an individual to clearly understand his or her current experience, to accept and to face and to try to adjust. As a positive personality quality, self-pity has a wide relationship with the physical and mental health of individuals. It can help people escape from suffering and protect their emotional health. Psychological stress is the state of the individual when the homeostasis is threatened by the social psychology. When the stressor acts on the individual, the individual will appear various stress reactions, including physiological response, psychological reaction and behavioral response. Many studies have shown that psychological stress can lead to strong negative emotions, and that compassion can help individuals cope effectively with stress events and adjust their emotional states. Therefore, this study aims to explore whether self-pity can alleviate the negative effects of psychological stress through two studies. In the first study, college students were selected to study the relationship between psychological stress, self-pity and negative emotion. In the second study, using simulated job interview as the source of acute psychological stress, the second study explored the differences in the performance of different individuals and the emotional protection function of self-pity in the face of acute stress events. The results are as follows: (1) Self-pity is negatively correlated with psychological stress and negative emotion, and psychological stress is positively correlated with negative emotion, which plays an intermediary role in the relationship between psychological stress and negative emotion. That is, self-pity can relieve negative emotion caused by psychological stress. There is no significant difference in stress subjective report and heart rate among different self-pity individuals, and the difference of heart rate variability is significant. The high level self-pity group showed higher heart rate variability (HRV) at the stage of speech and recovery. There were significant differences in negative emotion among different self-pity individuals during the interview stage, and the high level self-pity group had lower negative emotion.
