【摘要】：近年來(lái)應(yīng)激研究正逐步成為多學(xué)科共同關(guān)注的前沿領(lǐng)域。應(yīng)激誘發(fā)范式多樣,誘發(fā)效果不一致,研究結(jié)論無(wú)法比較,是目前實(shí)驗(yàn)室應(yīng)激研究面臨的最主要問(wèn)題。本文從快/慢反應(yīng)通道激活、唾液皮質(zhì)醇濃度變化,以及腦區(qū)激活等方面比較了不同范式的誘發(fā)效果。生理性誘發(fā)范式更早引起SNS的興奮,主要激活腦干區(qū)域;心理性誘發(fā)范式有效引起HPA軸的興奮,激活前額葉皮層和邊緣系統(tǒng);復(fù)合型誘發(fā)范式有效引起雙通道激活。從聯(lián)合快慢反應(yīng)通道檢測(cè)指標(biāo)的思路制定應(yīng)激研究的評(píng)估框架,既有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)不同范式之間的橫向比較,也能夠揭示個(gè)體應(yīng)激反應(yīng)中兩系統(tǒng)協(xié)同作用的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, stress research has gradually become a frontier field of common attention. The most important problem in laboratory stress research is the diversity of stress-induced paradigms, the inconsistency of induced effects, and the incomparision of research conclusions. The induction effects of different paradigms were compared in terms of fast / slow response channel activation, salivary cortisol concentration change, and brain activation. Physiological evoked paradigm induced SNS excitatory earlier, mainly activated brain stem region; psychological evoked paradigm effectively induced HPA axis excitement, activated prefrontal cortex and limbic system; compound evoked paradigm effectively caused double-channel activation. Establishing a framework for assessment of stress studies from the perspective of combined fast and slow response channel detection can not only help to achieve horizontal comparison between different paradigms but also reveal the dynamic equilibrium mechanism of the synergistic action of two systems in individual stress response.
