【摘要】：目的:探討公務(wù)員的社會(huì)支持、應(yīng)對(duì)方式在主觀幸福感與生活事件之間的鏈?zhǔn)蕉嘀刂薪樽饔�。方�?選取307名公務(wù)員(男191人,女116人;年齡24~58歲),采用幸福感指數(shù)(IWB)、生活事件量表(LES)、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表(SSRS)、應(yīng)對(duì)方式量表(CSS)進(jìn)行調(diào)查。采用多重線性回歸分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型探討社會(huì)支持、應(yīng)對(duì)方式在生活事件與公務(wù)員主觀幸福感之間的中介作用。結(jié)果:生活事件、社會(huì)支持、積極應(yīng)對(duì)和消極應(yīng)對(duì)能預(yù)測(cè)主觀幸福感(β=-0.15、0.14、0.21、-0.15,均P0.01)。社會(huì)支持在生活事件與主觀幸福感之間起完全中介作用,中介效應(yīng)大小12.5%;積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式、消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式在社會(huì)支持與主觀幸福感之間起部分中介作用,中介效應(yīng)大小為30.88%、9.20%。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析表明,同時(shí)考察社會(huì)支持和應(yīng)對(duì)方式中介作用時(shí),生活事件對(duì)主觀幸福感的預(yù)測(cè)不再顯著(β=-0.07,P0.05),生活事件通過(guò)社會(huì)支持預(yù)測(cè)積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式和消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式,進(jìn)一步間接預(yù)測(cè)主觀幸福感,中介效應(yīng)大小為50%。結(jié)論:公務(wù)員的社會(huì)支持和應(yīng)對(duì)方式在生活事件與主觀幸福感之間起到多重中介作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the role of social support and coping style in the chain between subjective well-being and life events. Methods: 307 civil servants (male 191, female 116; age 24 ~ 58 years old) were investigated with well-being index (IWBX), Life events scale (Les), Social support scale (SSRS), coping style scale (CSS). Multiple linear regression analysis and structural equation model were used to explore the mediating role of social support and coping style between life events and the subjective well-being of civil servants. Results: life events, social support, positive coping and negative coping could predict subjective well-being (尾 -0.15) 0.140.21% -0.15, all P 0.01. Social support plays a complete intermediary role between life events and subjective well-being, and negative coping styles play a partial intermediary role between social support and subjective well-being, and the intermediate effects are 30.88 and 9.20 respectively. The structural equation model analysis showed that the prediction of subjective well-being by life events was no longer significant when social support and coping style were investigated simultaneously (尾 -0.07 / P0.05N). Life events predicted positive coping styles and negative coping styles through social support. Further indirect prediction of subjective well-being, intermediary effect of 50 magnitude. Conclusion: the social support and coping style of civil servants play a multi-mediating role between life events and subjective well-being.
