【摘要】：從動機和目標的角度研究幸福感成為近期幸福感研究的熱點之一。自我決定理論將我們的目標內(nèi)容分為內(nèi)在目標和外在目標,并認為對內(nèi)在目標的追求能夠提升幸福感,而對外在目標的追求通常和較低的幸福感密切相關(guān)。雖然當前這方面研究已取得很大進展,但在研究方法、研究內(nèi)容和研究的本土化方面存在很多不足�；诖�,本研究采用問卷調(diào)查和實驗的方法進行了以下3個研究:研究1為內(nèi)外在目標追求對幸福感影響的相關(guān)研究。通過問卷調(diào)查,探究內(nèi)外在目標追求對幸福感的不同效應(yīng)。研究2為內(nèi)外在目標追求對幸福感影響的實驗研究。借鑒以往實驗范式,通過對內(nèi)外在目標進行啟動來探查不同目標追求對幸福感的影響,以為兩者的關(guān)系進行更為嚴格的檢驗。研究3為內(nèi)外在目標追求對人際判斷的影響。通過實驗探究對內(nèi)外在目標的啟動會不會影響我們對他人的喜好判斷,試圖從人際關(guān)系的角度來對內(nèi)外在目標追求對幸福感的不同影響提供一種解釋。通過以上研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論:(1)女性相比于男性,更加看重內(nèi)在目標,幸福感也更高。(2)內(nèi)在目標與幸福感顯著正相關(guān),與不幸福感顯著負相關(guān),外在目標與幸福感和不幸福感都顯著正相關(guān)。(3)內(nèi)在目標能夠正向預(yù)測幸福感,負向預(yù)測不幸福感;外在目標能夠正向預(yù)測不幸福感,但對幸福感沒有預(yù)測作用。(4)相比于外在目標啟動,內(nèi)在目標啟動組被試有更多的積極情緒。但相比于內(nèi)在目標,外在目標啟動沒有讓被試有更多的消極情緒。(5)相比于外在目標啟動,內(nèi)在目標啟動組被試對中性人物做出了更多喜歡的判斷,在反應(yīng)時上也更短;外在目標啟動組被試做出了更多不喜歡的判斷,在反應(yīng)時上也比做出不喜歡判斷的反應(yīng)時更短。
[Abstract]:The study of happiness from the perspective of motivation and goal has become one of the hotspots of happiness research in the near future. The theory of self-determination divides our goals into internal goals and external goals, and holds that the pursuit of internal goals can enhance happiness, while the pursuit of external goals is usually closely related to lower well-being. Although great progress has been made in this field, there are many deficiencies in research methods, contents and localization. Based on this, this study carried out the following three studies by means of questionnaire and experiment: one is the related research on the effect of internal and external pursuit on happiness. By means of questionnaire, this paper explores the different effects of internal and external pursuit on happiness. Study 2 is an experimental study of the effect of goal pursuit on happiness. Based on the previous experimental paradigm, this paper probes into the influence of different goal pursuit on happiness by starting the goal inside and outside, and thinks that the relationship between the two is more strictly tested. Study 3: the impact of goal pursuit on interpersonal judgment for both internal and external purposes. In this paper, we try to find out whether the initiation of internal and external goals will affect our judgment of others' preferences, and try to provide an explanation for the different effects of internal and external pursuit on happiness from the perspective of interpersonal relationship. Based on the above study, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) compared with men, women attach more importance to internal goals, and their happiness is also higher. 2) Internal goals are significantly positively correlated with well-being and negatively correlated with unhappiness. External goals are significantly positively correlated with well-being and unhappiness.) Internal goals can positively predict well-being and negatively predict unhappiness; external goals can positively predict unhappiness. However, there was no predictive effect on well-being. (4) compared with the external goal initiation, the intrinsic goal initiation group had more positive emotions than those in the external goal initiation group. But compared with the internal goal, the external goal initiation did not make the subjects have more negative emotions.) compared with the external goal initiation, the intrinsic goal initiation group made more like judgment to the neutral characters, and the reaction time was shorter. The subjects in the external target initiation group made more disliked judgments, and the reaction time was shorter than that in the disliked judgment.
