持續(xù)注意任務(wù)活動(dòng)中心智游移表現(xiàn)與干預(yù)方法研究

【摘要】:目的分析持續(xù)注意任務(wù)中發(fā)生心智游移對(duì)操作表現(xiàn)的影響,并研究應(yīng)對(duì)干預(yù)措施。方法 2016年12月,采用持續(xù)注意反應(yīng)任務(wù)范式對(duì)37名運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),測(cè)量技術(shù)指數(shù)、反應(yīng)時(shí)變異和反應(yīng)正確率。結(jié)果有效參與者25名。復(fù)雜任務(wù)中的技術(shù)指數(shù)顯著低于簡(jiǎn)單任務(wù)(t_(35)=-8.019,P0.001)。復(fù)雜任務(wù)中心智游移的go平均反應(yīng)時(shí)變異與簡(jiǎn)單任務(wù)中心智游移的平均反應(yīng)時(shí)變異無(wú)顯著性差異(t_(23)=-1.575,P=0.129);心智游移類型主效應(yīng)不顯著(F_(1,23)=0.488,P=0.492);心智游移類型與任務(wù)難度交互作用不顯著(F_(1.23)=0.054,P=0.262)。復(fù)雜任務(wù)中心智游移的平均反應(yīng)正確率與簡(jiǎn)單任務(wù)中心智游移的平均反應(yīng)正確率無(wú)顯著性差異(t_(23)=-1.046,P=0.307);心智游移類型主效應(yīng)不顯著(F_(1,23)=0.119,P=0.733);心智游移類型與任務(wù)難度交互作用邊緣顯著(F_(1,23)=3.608,P=0.070)。結(jié)論在復(fù)雜持續(xù)注意任務(wù)中個(gè)體的元意識(shí)心智游移會(huì)帶來(lái)消極影響;應(yīng)用正念訓(xùn)練和任務(wù)參與訓(xùn)練可以有效應(yīng)對(duì)心智游移。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of mental shift on the performance of continuous attention task and to study the intervention measures. Methods in December 2016, 37 athletes were tested with the paradigm of sustained attention task, and the technical index, variation of reaction time and correct rate of reaction were measured. Results there were 25 effective participants. The technical index of complex tasks is significantly lower than that of simple tasks. There was no significant difference between the Go mean response time variation of mental migration in complex tasks and the average response time variation of mental wandering in simple tasks. There was no significant difference in the mean response time variation between mental migration and simple tasks. The main effect of mental migration type was not significant. The interaction between mental migration type and task difficulty was not significant. The interaction between mental migration type and task difficulty was not significant. There was no significant difference between the average correct rate of mental migration in complex task and that in simple task. There was no significant difference in the average correct rate of response between mental wandering and simple task. The main effect of mental migration type was not significant. The main effect of mental migration type was 0. 1 19 P0. 733. The interaction between mental wandering type and task difficulty was significant. Conclusion Meta-conscious mental shift can bring negative effects in complex continuous attention tasks, and mindfulness training and task participation training can effectively cope with mental migration.
