【摘要】：學(xué)業(yè)情緒對于高中生積極努力的學(xué)習具有重要影響,應(yīng)對方式是高中生應(yīng)對學(xué)習上的壓力的思想及行為體現(xiàn),兩者對于高中生學(xué)習成績的提高,對于高中生的身心健康發(fā)展都具有非常重要的影響。通過對相關(guān)文獻進行綜述,通過問卷調(diào)查法對天津市的高中生進行了調(diào)查,對508名學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)情緒及應(yīng)對方式的現(xiàn)狀及關(guān)系進行了研究。研究得出以下結(jié)論:(1)高中生在學(xué)習情境下,大多表現(xiàn)出積極的情緒體驗。但在消極高喚醒方面也較為明顯。(2)男生具有明顯的積極低喚醒情緒,女生具有更為明顯的消極高喚醒和消極低喚醒;高二年級學(xué)生具有明顯的積極低喚醒情緒,高一年級的學(xué)生具有明顯的消極高喚醒情緒和消極低喚醒情緒;非獨生子女學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出了更多的積極低喚醒和消極低喚醒學(xué)業(yè)情緒;學(xué)生干部學(xué)生表現(xiàn)出了更為積極的學(xué)業(yè)情緒。(3)中學(xué)生以積極應(yīng)對為主要的應(yīng)對方式。(4)女生多運用尋求社會支持和發(fā)泄情緒的應(yīng)對方式,男生多運用合理化的解釋;高三年級的學(xué)生更多的運用指向問題的應(yīng)對方式,高一和高二年級的學(xué)生更多的運用指向情緒應(yīng)對方式;獨生子女學(xué)生更多的運用合理化解釋的應(yīng)對方式。不是獨生子女學(xué)生則更多的運用指向情緒的應(yīng)對方式;學(xué)生干部學(xué)生更多的運用指向問題的應(yīng)對方式。(5)高中生學(xué)業(yè)情緒與應(yīng)對方式顯著相關(guān)。結(jié)合實際情況,提出以下建議:(1)關(guān)注學(xué)生的心理健康教育,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的積極情緒。(2)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會積極的應(yīng)對方式。(3)關(guān)注不同類別學(xué)生的差異。(4)學(xué)生要學(xué)會接納自己,培養(yǎng)自信心。
[Abstract]:Academic emotion has an important influence on high school students' positive efforts in learning. Coping style is the reflection of high school students' thinking and behavior in coping with the pressure of learning, and both of them can improve high school students' academic performance. It has a very important influence on the development of high school students' physical and mental health. Based on the review of relevant literature and the questionnaire survey of senior high school students in Tianjin, the present situation and relationship of 508 students' academic emotion and coping style were studied. The study draws the following conclusion: (1) High school students show positive emotional experience in learning situations. However, in the aspect of negative high arousal, male students have obvious positive low arousal emotion, girls have more obvious negative high arousal and negative low arousal, and senior sophomores have obvious positive low arousal mood. The students in the first year of senior middle school have obvious negative high arousal emotion and negative low arousal emotion, non-only child students show more positive low arousal and negative low arousal academic emotion. Student cadres and students showed a more positive academic mood. 3) Middle school students took positive coping as the main coping style. 4) female students mostly used the coping style of seeking social support and venting emotion, and boys used the explanation of rationalization; The students of Grade 3 use more problem-oriented coping styles, the students of Grade one and Grade two more use emotional coping styles, and the one-child students more use the coping style of rational explanation. Students who are not only children are more likely to use emotional coping styles; students cadres are more likely to use problem-oriented coping styles. 5) academic emotions of senior high school students are significantly related to coping styles. According to the actual situation, the following suggestions are put forward: 1) pay attention to students' mental health education and cultivate students' positive emotions. 2) guide students to learn positive coping styles. 3) pay attention to the differences of different types of students. 4) students should learn to accept themselves. Develop self-confidence.
