【摘要】：如果心理咨詢缺乏效果,那么其便喪失了存在的合理性。影響心理咨詢效果的因素既包括咨詢過程中的內部要素,也包括咨詢過程之外的外部相關要素。不同流派的心理治療與咨詢理論所強調的因素雖然各有不同,但目前綜合各流派觀點的折中主義已經(jīng)成為主流觀念。本文對各種心理學理論所提出的影響心理咨詢效果的因素進行了溯源,著重探討了影響心理咨詢效果的會談因素和會談間因素,前者包括咨詢師的言語反應、來訪者行為、工作同盟,后者則包括會談間體驗、突然獲益、咨詢期望。并在此基礎上,提出了現(xiàn)有研究存在的問題和未來探索的方向:深入探索影響心理咨詢效果的更多因素、研究方法有待進一步完善、相關研究的測量工具依然存在缺陷。
[Abstract]:If the psychological consultation lacks the effect, then it loses its rationality. The factors affecting the effect of psychological consultation include both the internal elements in the consultation process and the external related elements outside the consultation process. The point of eclecticism has become the mainstream concept. This article traced the factors that influence the effect of psychological consultation on various psychological theories, and focused on the discussion factors and intertalk factors affecting the effect of psychological consultation. The former includes the speech response of the consultant, the behavior of the visitors, the working alliance, and the latter including the talks. Experience, sudden benefit, consulting expectations, and on this basis, put forward the existing research problems and the direction of future exploration: further explore more factors affecting the effect of psychological counseling, research methods need to be further improved, and the measurement tools of related research still have a lack of depression.
