【摘要】:人際交往問(wèn)題是心理學(xué)研究的重要課題之一,它已經(jīng)成為心理學(xué)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,而社交焦慮是大學(xué)生的主要心理問(wèn)題,這嚴(yán)重影響著他們的人際交往和生活。在現(xiàn)有研究高度關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡(luò)交往與大學(xué)生心理問(wèn)題關(guān)系的背景下,大學(xué)生所獲得的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持對(duì)其心理問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生怎樣的影響也成為研究者關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。因此,本研究旨在探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持與大學(xué)生社交焦慮存在怎樣的關(guān)系,自我概念作為影響大學(xué)生社交焦慮的重要認(rèn)知因素在其中起怎樣的作用,研究這一問(wèn)題對(duì)大學(xué)生心理健康有重要意義。本研究在梳理已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,通過(guò)隨機(jī)抽樣對(duì)540名大學(xué)生進(jìn)行前后兩次測(cè)驗(yàn),間隔為5個(gè)月,最終篩選出520名大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,其中男生256人,女生264人。通過(guò)橫向研究探討自我概念在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持與大學(xué)生社交焦慮中所起的作用;通過(guò)縱向研究探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持、自我概念與大學(xué)生社交焦慮的相互影響。具體結(jié)果如下:橫向研究結(jié)果:(1)大學(xué)生社交焦慮有顯著年級(jí)差異,一年級(jí)社交焦慮水平顯著高于二年級(jí)。(2)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持與社交焦慮之間呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。(3)自我概念與社交焦慮之間呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。(4)自我概念與網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持之間呈相著正相關(guān)。(5)自我概念在網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持與社交焦慮之間起部分中介作用?v向研究結(jié)果:(1)網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持、自我概念與社交焦慮均能相應(yīng)的顯著正向預(yù)測(cè)各自的后測(cè)水平。(2)前測(cè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持、自我概念能顯著預(yù)測(cè)前測(cè)和后測(cè)的社交焦慮。(3)前測(cè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持能顯著預(yù)測(cè)前測(cè)和后測(cè)的自我概念。(4)后測(cè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)支持能顯著預(yù)測(cè)后測(cè)的自我概念和社交焦慮。(5)后測(cè)的自我概念測(cè)能顯著預(yù)測(cè)后測(cè)的社交焦慮。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal communication is one of the important subjects in psychological research. It has become an important part of psychology, and social anxiety is the main psychological problem of college students, which seriously affects their interpersonal communication and life. Under the background that the current research pays close attention to the relationship between the network communication and the psychological problems of college students, the influence of the network social support obtained by the university students on their psychological problems has also become the focus of attention of the researchers. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between online social support and college students' social anxiety, and the role of self-concept as an important cognitive factor affecting college students' social anxiety. The study of this problem is of great significance to the mental health of college students. On the basis of combing the existing research, the present study adopts the method of questionnaire, carries on the two tests before and after 540 college students by random sampling, the interval is 5 months, and finally selects 520 university students as the research object, among them 256 male students. 264 girls. This paper explores the role of self-concept in social support and social anxiety of college students through horizontal research, and discusses the interaction between self-concept and social anxiety of college students through longitudinal study. The results are as follows: horizontal study results showed that there were significant grade differences in social anxiety among college students. The level of social anxiety in grade one is significantly higher than that in grade two.) there is a significant negative correlation between online social support and social anxiety.) there is a significant negative correlation between self-concept and social anxiety. Positive correlation. 5) self-concept plays an intermediary role between social support and social anxiety. The results of the longitudinal study were as follows: 1) Internet social support, self-concept and social anxiety can both predict their post-test level in a significant positive direction. Self-concept can significantly predict pre-test and post-test social anxiety) Pre-test social support can significantly predict pre-test and post-test self-concept. 4) Post-test Internet social support can significantly predict post-test self-concept and social focus. Self-concept test significantly predicted post-test social anxiety.
