學習方式的變革:提取促進學習

【摘要】:提取練習效應是指在學習與最終測驗之間,等長時間的提取練習與重復學習相比,前者更能促進長時記憶的保持,也稱為測試效應。大量研究表明提取測試是一種高效的學習策略,師生卻對此認識不足,認為測試只是檢測學習效果的評估工具,并不能改變或促進學習。本文主要從提取練習促進學習的認知神經(jīng)加工機制、提取練習在實踐應用中的特點、提高提取練習效應的方法及其在教學實踐中的局限四方面梳理了相關(guān)研究,為提取練習廣泛應用于教學實踐提供支持,同時也為師生正確高效利用這一策略提供了參考,使學生獲得更高效和持久的學習。
[Abstract]:The effect of extraction exercises refers to the fact that between learning and final test, the former can promote the retention of long-term memory more than repeated learning, which is also called the test effect. A large number of studies show that extraction and testing is an efficient learning strategy, but teachers and students are not aware of it. It is considered that the test is only an evaluation tool to test the learning effect and can not change or promote learning. In this paper, the cognitive neural processing mechanism of extracting exercises to promote learning, the characteristics of extraction exercises in practical application, the methods to improve the effect of extraction exercises and their limitations in teaching practice are discussed in this paper. It provides support for the extensive application of extraction exercises in teaching practice, and also provides a reference for teachers and students to use this strategy correctly and efficiently, so that students can obtain more efficient and lasting learning.
