【摘要】：本研究旨在了解高中生的核心自我評(píng)價(jià)、自我同一性與職業(yè)探索的關(guān)系以及前兩個(gè)變量對(duì)職業(yè)探索的作用和影響,為探討高中生職業(yè)探索活動(dòng)狀況,形成良好的職業(yè)探索行為,提高職業(yè)探索水平提供有效指導(dǎo)。本研究使用任志洪、葉一舵修訂的《核心自我評(píng)價(jià)量表》、張日f修訂的《青少年自我同一性地位量表》以及張淑華等人修訂的《中學(xué)生職業(yè)探索問卷》為測(cè)量工具對(duì)600名高中生施測(cè),對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果運(yùn)用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)、T檢驗(yàn)、相關(guān)分析和結(jié)構(gòu)方程等方法進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得出主要結(jié)論如下:第一,高中生核心自我評(píng)價(jià)、職業(yè)探索的整體水平不高,自我同一性的發(fā)展分布不均衡。第二,高中生職業(yè)探索在年級(jí)、文理科、家庭來源、是否接受過職業(yè)輔導(dǎo)以及是否為學(xué)生干部等人口學(xué)變量上存在顯著差異;在性別上沒有顯著差異。第三,高中生核心自我評(píng)價(jià)、自我同一性與職業(yè)探索三者之間兩兩相關(guān)顯著,其中,核心自我評(píng)價(jià)與現(xiàn)在的自我投入、將來自我投入的愿望兩個(gè)維度存在極其顯著的正相關(guān);核心自我評(píng)價(jià)與行為探索、認(rèn)知探索及職業(yè)探索存在十分顯著的正相關(guān);自我同一性各維度與職業(yè)探索各維度均存在顯著正相關(guān)。第四,高中生核心自我評(píng)價(jià)與自我同一性對(duì)職業(yè)探索有預(yù)測(cè)作用。第五,自我同一性在核心自我評(píng)價(jià)與職業(yè)探索的關(guān)系中起完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to understand the core self-evaluation of senior high school students, the relationship between self-identity and career exploration, and the effect of the first two variables on career exploration, so as to explore the status of vocational exploration activities of senior high school students and form a good career exploration behavior. Improve the level of career exploration to provide effective guidance. In this study, Ren Zhihong was used. The core self-evaluation scale revised by Ye Yi-rudder, the Youth Self-identity status scale revised by Zhang Ri-fen, and the Middle School students' career Exploration questionnaire revised by Zhang Shuhua et al., were used to measure 600 high school students. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the core self-evaluation of high school students and the overall level of career exploration are not high. The development of self identity is uneven. Second, there are significant differences in the demographic variables of senior high school students in terms of grade, arts and science, family origin, whether they have received career guidance and whether they are student cadres, but there is no significant difference in gender. Thirdly, the core self-evaluation, self-identity and career exploration of senior high school students are significantly correlated, among which, the core self-evaluation has a significant positive correlation with the present self-engagement and the desire of future self-engagement. There are significant positive correlations between core self-evaluation and behavioral exploration, cognitive exploration and career exploration, and significant positive correlation between each dimension of self-identity and each dimension of career exploration. Fourth, core self-evaluation and self-identity of high school students predict career exploration. Fifth, self-identity plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between core self-evaluation and career exploration.
