某地鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員心理健康與心理資本和應(yīng)對(duì)方式研究

【摘要】:目的 了解鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府公務(wù)員心理健康現(xiàn)況,分析影響鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府公務(wù)員心理健康的相關(guān)因素。了解鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府公務(wù)員心理資本、應(yīng)對(duì)方式、工作適應(yīng)障礙的現(xiàn)況,分析影響因素。探討鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府公務(wù)員心理資本與應(yīng)對(duì)方式和心理健康之間的關(guān)系,為鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員心理健康問題干預(yù)提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 方法 采取整群抽樣的方法,以鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)為單位,從輝縣市隨機(jī)抽取11個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)351名鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府公務(wù)員作為調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行調(diào)查。采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)自評(píng)式問卷調(diào)查的方法,內(nèi)容包括基本情況調(diào)查表、癥狀自評(píng)量表、簡(jiǎn)易應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷、積極心理資本問卷及工作適應(yīng)障礙量表。采用EpiData3.1錄入數(shù)據(jù),用SPSS21.0對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理和分析。 結(jié)果 1輝縣市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府公務(wù)員癥狀自評(píng)量表(Symptom Checklist90, SCL-90)得分僅在人際關(guān)系敏感(P=0.000)和偏執(zhí)(P=0.001)兩方面低于國(guó)內(nèi)常模,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。本次調(diào)查中可能有心理問題者120人,占總?cè)藬?shù)的34.2%。不同年齡鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員SCL—90癥狀因子的得分比較發(fā)現(xiàn),在軀體化(P=0.001)和抑郁(P=0.014)兩因子差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。不同工齡、不同級(jí)別鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員SCL—90癥狀因子的得分比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)僅在軀體化因子差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.014,P=0.043)。 2輝縣市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員心理資本總量表統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果為4.70±0.85。其中“樂觀”維度最高(5.11分),然后依次為“希望”、“自我效能”和“韌性”三個(gè)維度。不同性別鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員在自我效能(P=0.000)和總維度(P=0.025)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。不同工齡鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員在自我效能差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.002)。不同級(jí)別鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府公務(wù)員在自我效能(P=0.008)、希望(P=0.003)、樂觀(P=0.018)及總維度(P=0.009)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 3對(duì)該人群應(yīng)對(duì)方式分析顯示,消極應(yīng)對(duì)低于國(guó)內(nèi)常模,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.000)。按行政級(jí)別分組進(jìn)行比較,結(jié)果顯示正科及以土人員與普通科員積極應(yīng)對(duì)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.013)。 4鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員心理資本的總維度、四個(gè)維度和應(yīng)對(duì)方式的兩個(gè)維度都存在相關(guān)性。其中心理資本與積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式呈正相關(guān),而心理資本與消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式呈負(fù)相關(guān)。 5鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員消極應(yīng)對(duì)方式與心理健康癥狀的所有因子及總均分均呈正相關(guān)。積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式與心理健康癥狀的所有因子及總均分無相關(guān)性。 6鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員的心理資本中自我效能、希望、樂觀及總維度與心理健康癥狀的各個(gè)因子及總均分大部分呈負(fù)相關(guān)。而心理資本中的韌性與心理健康癥狀的各個(gè)因子及總均分大部分呈正相關(guān)。 結(jié)論 1輝縣市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員整體心理健康水平與國(guó)內(nèi)常模相近。 2年齡、工齡、級(jí)別是影響鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員軀體化癥狀的重要因素。年齡是影響鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員抑郁癥狀的重要因素。 3輝縣市鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員心理資本整體屬于中等偏上水平。性別、工齡、級(jí)別是影響鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員心理資本的重要因素。 4正科及以上人員比普通科員更傾向于采用積極應(yīng)對(duì)方式。 5鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公務(wù)員心理資本、應(yīng)對(duì)方式、心理健康之間存在相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:objective
To understand the status of the mental health of the civil servants in the township government, to analyze the related factors affecting the mental health of the civil servants in the township government, to understand the status of the psychological capital of the civil servants in the township government, the coping style, the current situation of the adaptation obstacles, and to analyze the relationship between the psychological capital of the civil servants in the township government and the coping style and mental health. To provide scientific basis for the intervention of mental health problems of civil servants.
Method
A cluster sampling method was adopted to investigate the public servants of 351 township governments in 11 townships in Huixian. The method of self assessment questionnaire was used, including the basic situation questionnaire, the symptom checklist, the simple coping style questionnaire, the positive psychological capital questionnaire and the work suitability. Result
1 the scores of Symptom Checklist90 (SCL-90) in Huixian township government's civil servants' symptom checklist (Checklist90, SCL-90) were only lower than the domestic norm in the interpersonal sensitivity (P=0.000) and paranoia (P=0.001). The difference was statistically significant. There may be 120 persons with psychological problems in this survey, which accounted for the SCL - 90 symptoms of township civil servants of different ages in the total number of 34.2%.. The scores of the two factors of somatization (P=0.001) and depression (P=0.014) were found to be statistically significant. The scores of the SCL - 90 symptom factors in different grades of township civil servants were statistically significant (P=0.014, P= 0.043).
2 the statistical results of the mental capital of township civil servants in Huixian were 4.70 + 0.85., and the "optimism" dimension was the highest (5.11). 1 the overall mental health level of township civil servants in Huixian is similar to the national norm.
