【摘要】：道德認(rèn)同水平是影響個(gè)體親社會(huì)行為的重要因素之一。初中生由于心理素質(zhì)發(fā)展不夠成熟,道德判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及價(jià)值觀念易受外界不良因素影響,在現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境中往往表現(xiàn)出道德認(rèn)同與親社會(huì)行為之間的分離。本研究嘗試引入道德推脫(Moral Disengagement)這一構(gòu)念,一方面探查初中生道德推脫的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)考察道德推脫在初中生道德認(rèn)同影響親社會(huì)行為中所起的作用。道德推脫是指?jìng)�(gè)體通過(guò)一定方式重新解釋自身行為使得行為合理化,從而避免自我制裁的一種認(rèn)知傾向。以往道德推脫研究主要集中在國(guó)外,研究對(duì)象主要以大學(xué)生或從業(yè)人員為主,國(guó)內(nèi)研究尚處于起步階段,針對(duì)初中生群體的測(cè)量工具相對(duì)較少。因此,編制符合統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的國(guó)內(nèi)初中生道德推脫問(wèn)卷具有一定研究?jī)r(jià)值。本研究采用方便取樣,在合肥、蕪湖、宿州和安慶四市隨機(jī)選取949名初中生作為被試,以道德自我認(rèn)同量表(MIS)、自編初中生道德推脫問(wèn)卷和青少年親社會(huì)行為問(wèn)卷作為測(cè)量工具,研究初中生道德認(rèn)同、道德推脫和親社會(huì)行為的特點(diǎn)及三者之間關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:1自編初中生道德推脫問(wèn)卷信效度指標(biāo)均達(dá)到統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)要求,包括認(rèn)知重構(gòu)、結(jié)果扭曲和認(rèn)同降低三個(gè)維度。2初中生道德認(rèn)同水平總體中等偏上,在道德認(rèn)同的兩個(gè)維度中,內(nèi)隱得分較高,初中生道德認(rèn)同在性別、年級(jí)、是否班干部上差異達(dá)到顯著性水平。3初中生道德推脫的總體水平較低,在道德推脫的三個(gè)維度中,結(jié)果扭曲得分較高,初中生道德推脫在性別、年級(jí)、家庭所在地、是否獨(dú)生子女、是否班干部上差異顯著。4初中生親社會(huì)行為總體水平中等。初中生親社會(huì)行為在性別、是否班干部上有顯著差異。5初中生道德認(rèn)同與親社會(huì)行為顯著正相關(guān),道德認(rèn)同正向預(yù)測(cè)個(gè)體親社會(huì)行為。6初中生道德推脫在道德認(rèn)同和親社會(huì)行為間具有負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng),道德推脫減弱了道德認(rèn)同對(duì)親社會(huì)行為的積極影響。
[Abstract]:The level of moral identity is one of the most important factors that affect individual pro-social behavior. Due to the immature development of psychological quality, moral judgment standards and values are easily influenced by outside adverse factors, which often show the separation between moral identity and pro-social behavior in the real environment. This study attempts to introduce moral deduction and moral disengagement, on the one hand, to explore the internal structure of moral deduction of junior high school students, and at the same time to investigate the role of moral deduction in the influence of moral identity on prosocial behavior of junior high school students. Moral deduction refers to the cognitive tendency of individuals to rationalize their behavior by reinterpreting their behavior in a certain way to avoid self-sanction. In the past, the study of moral deduction was mainly focused on foreign countries, and the research object was mainly college students or practitioners. The domestic research is still in the initial stage, and the measurement tools for junior high school students are relatively few. Therefore, it has certain research value to compile the moral deduction questionnaire of junior high school students in accordance with the statistical standard. In this study, 949 junior high school students were randomly selected from Hefei, Wuhu, Suzhou and Anqing cities, and the moral self-identification scale was used to measure the students' moral withdrawal and prosocial behavior questionnaire. This paper studies the characteristics of moral identity, moral deduction and prosocial behavior of junior high school students and their relationship. The results showed that the reliability and validity of the self-designed moral deduction questionnaire reached the statistical requirements, including cognitive reconstruction, and the result of distortion and reduction of the three dimensions (2) of junior high school students' moral identity level was higher than that of the latter. In the two dimensions of moral identity, the implicit score is higher, the junior middle school students' moral identity in gender, grade, whether the class cadre difference reached significant level .3 junior high school students' overall level of moral deduction is lower, in the three dimensions of moral deduction, Results the score of distortion was higher. The moral deduction of junior high school students was moderate in gender, grade, location of family, whether only child or class cadre. 4. The overall level of prosocial behavior of junior high school students was moderate. Junior high school students' pro-social behavior in gender, whether there is a significant difference in class cadres .5 Junior high school students' moral identity and pro-social behavior significantly positive correlation, Moral identity positively predicts that moral withdrawal of junior high school students has negative regulatory effect between moral identity and prosocial behavior, and moral deduction weakens the positive effect of moral identity on prosocial behavior.
