《高三學(xué)生考試焦慮認(rèn)知中心團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè)》的修訂及研究

【摘要】:近年來,考試焦慮的問題愈演愈烈。關(guān)于考試焦慮的輔導(dǎo)引起了心理學(xué)專業(yè)研究人員的重視,與此同時(shí),一些學(xué)校開始重視對(duì)高三學(xué)生的考試焦慮的輔導(dǎo)。為了使考試焦慮的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)在學(xué)校中進(jìn)一步的拓展,十分有必要研究一本適合高三學(xué)生的、規(guī)范的、科學(xué)的考試焦慮團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè),及時(shí)的給予學(xué)校心理輔導(dǎo)老師科學(xué)全面的指導(dǎo)。 本研究圍繞《高三學(xué)生考試焦慮認(rèn)知中心團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)手冊(cè)》科學(xué)性、有效性、適用性、指導(dǎo)性進(jìn)行修訂和研究。在研究中采用文獻(xiàn)查閱、協(xié)商一致的質(zhì)性研究方法(CQR)、頭腦風(fēng)暴等方法對(duì)認(rèn)知中心團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的過程進(jìn)行細(xì)致的研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)《手冊(cè)》第一稿進(jìn)行修訂。采用準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法對(duì)修改后的《手冊(cè)》進(jìn)行有效性和適用性探究。 本研究得出以下結(jié)論: (1)認(rèn)知中心的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)中,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者常用的輔導(dǎo)技術(shù)可以分為:提問、鼓勵(lì)與重復(fù)、釋義、歸納總結(jié)、解釋、指導(dǎo)與控制、建議與忠告、其他。 (2)《手冊(cè)》的有效性得到了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,其提供的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案能有效降低高三學(xué)生的考試焦慮水平,改善其不合理的考試認(rèn)知。但在對(duì)高三學(xué)生學(xué)業(yè)自我效能感、學(xué)業(yè)成績的提升和對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)的有效指導(dǎo)方面,還有待進(jìn)一步的研究。 (3)《手冊(cè)》提供的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案具有一定的適用性,對(duì)符合要求的不同領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者一樣適用,在使用時(shí)候不存在顯著性差異(p0.05);對(duì)符合條件的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)成員,,無論男生女生一樣有效,不存在顯著性差異(p0.05)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of test anxiety has become more and more serious. At the same time, some schools begin to attach importance to the guidance of test anxiety for senior three students. In order to further expand the group guidance for test anxiety in schools, it is necessary to study a standardized, scientific manual for group guidance on test anxiety, which is suitable for senior high school students. Timely give the school psychological guidance teacher scientific and comprehensive guidance. This study focuses on the revision and research on the Scientific, effective, applicable and instructive guidance Manual for the Cognitive Center for Senior three students'Test anxiety. In the study, the methods of literature review, consensual qualitative research and brainstorming were used to study the process of group counseling in cognitive center, and the first draft of Manual was revised on this basis. The validity and applicability of the revised Manual are explored by using the method of quasi-experiment. This study draws the following conclusions: 1) in the group counseling of cognitive centers, the common coaching techniques used by leaders can be divided into: questioning, encouragement and repetition, interpretation, induction, interpretation, guidance and control, advice and advice, and others. 2) the effectiveness of the manual has been verified by experiments. The group counseling program provided by the manual can effectively reduce the level of test anxiety and improve the irrational examination cognition of the students in senior high school. However, there is still a need for further research on the sense of academic self-efficacy, the improvement of academic achievement and the effective guidance to leaders' group guidance. 3) the group counseling program provided by the Manual is applicable to different leaders who meet the requirements, and there is no significant difference in using it (p 0.05); it is effective for qualified group counseling members, whether male or female, no matter male or female. There was no significant difference (P 0.05).
