【摘要】：成人依戀是一種基于幼兒早期依戀關(guān)系的延續(xù),在個人的成長過程中起著重要的作用,社會支持是個體通過與所擁有的人際關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)(父母、朋友或組織等)的互動,從而得到精神上和物質(zhì)上的幫助,與他人形成的依戀關(guān)系會影響個體的社會支持程度,從而以直接或者間接的方式影響著個體的心理健康水平。因此,探討三者之間的關(guān)系,對大學(xué)生日后適應(yīng)社會、人格的不斷完善,擁有良好的心理健康水平都有著重要意義。研究采用隨機抽樣的方法,以青海大學(xué)大一至大四的大學(xué)生為被試,使用問卷調(diào)查法,主要得出以下結(jié)論:(1)大學(xué)生成人依戀與心理健康的相關(guān)及回歸分析:SCL-90的十個因子及總分呈顯著正相關(guān),且成人依戀的兩個維度對SCL-90的十個因子及總分具有顯著的正向預(yù)測作用。(2)大學(xué)生成人依戀與社會支持的相關(guān)及回歸分析:大學(xué)生回避依戀分別與社會支持三個維度以及社會支總分存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)并對其具有負(fù)向的預(yù)測作用;焦慮依戀分別與主觀支持、對支持的利用度及社會支持總分存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān)并對其具有負(fù)向的預(yù)測作用。(3)大學(xué)生社會支持與心理健康的相關(guān)及回歸分析:大學(xué)生社會支持中的主觀支持、客觀支持和社會支持總分與心理健康的十項因子及總分存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān),而對支持的利用度與軀體化、強迫癥狀、人際關(guān)系敏感、抑郁、焦慮、敵對、睡眠飲食和總分存在顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與偏執(zhí)、精神病性無顯著相關(guān);社會支持總分對軀體化、人際關(guān)系敏感、強迫癥狀、抑郁、焦慮、敵對、恐怖、偏執(zhí)、精神病性、睡眠飲食和總分均有顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測作用。(4)大學(xué)生成人依戀、社會支持與心理健康的中介關(guān)系分析:社會支持在成人依戀與心理健康之間起到了部分中介作用,成人依戀可以直接作用于心理健康或者通過社會支持對心理健康進(jìn)行影響。
[Abstract]:Adult attachment is based on the continuation of early childhood attachment, which plays an important role in the process of personal growth. Social support is the interaction of individuals with their own networks of relationships (parents, friends, organizations, etc.). Thus the emotional and material help the attachment relationship with others will affect the degree of individual social support thus directly or indirectly affect the level of mental health of the individual. Therefore, it is of great significance for college students to adapt to the society, improve their personality and have a good level of mental health. The study adopted the method of random sampling, taking freshmen to senior students of Qinghai University as subjects, and using questionnaire method. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the correlation between adult attachment and mental health of college students and the regression analysis showed that the ten factors and total scores of 10% SCL-90 were significantly and positively correlated. And the two dimensions of adult attachment have significant positive predictive effect on the ten factors and total scores of SCL-90. 2) the correlation and regression analysis between adult attachment and social support of college students: three dimensions of college students' avoidance attachment and social support, respectively. The degree and the total score of social branches were negatively correlated and had a negative predictive effect on them. Anxiety attachment and subjective support, There is a significant negative correlation between the utilization of social support and the total score of social support and a negative predictive effect on it. (3) the correlation and regression analysis between social support and mental health of college students: subjective support in college students' social support. The total scores of objective support and social support were negatively correlated with the ten factors and total scores of mental health, while the utilization of support was associated with somatization, compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and hostility. There was significant negative correlation between sleep diet and total score, but no significant correlation between sleep diet and paranoid, psychotic, social support total score was related to somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive symptoms, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation, psychosis, Sleep diet and total score were significantly negative predictors. (4) Adults attachment, social support and mental health: social support played a part of intermediary role between adult attachment and mental health. Adult attachment can directly affect mental health or affect mental health through social support.
