【摘要】：本研究擬定以情緒正常(非焦慮、抑郁個體)的大學生為被試，采用視頻誘發(fā)情緒和點探測實驗范式,研究誘發(fā)情緒對注意偏向的影響以及注意偏向訓練是否會改變情緒誘發(fā)效果，探討情緒和注意偏向之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。 通過實證研究，得到以下結(jié)論： （1）情緒狀態(tài)對被試注意偏向有影響，正性情緒下，被試對快樂情緒面孔圖片反應更快；負性情緒下，被試對悲傷情緒面孔圖片反應更快。 （2）注意偏向訓練對被試情緒誘發(fā)效果有影響，，進行注意偏向正向訓練后，被試觀看正性視頻后誘發(fā)的正性情緒反應更強烈，且能夠緩解情緒的消退速度。觀看負性視頻，誘發(fā)的負性情緒明顯降低，觀看中性視頻，正性情緒顯著提高。注意偏向正向訓練能夠改變個體的情緒易感性，對于誘發(fā)和維持個體正性情緒有積極作用。
[Abstract]:In this study, the normal emotion (non-anxiety, depression individual) college students were chosen as subjects, using video induced emotion and point detection experimental paradigm,To study the effect of induced emotion on attention bias and whether attention bias training will change the effect of emotion elicitation, and to explore the internal relationship between emotion and attention bias.Through empirical research, the following conclusions are obtained:1) emotional state had an effect on the attention bias of the subjects. In positive emotion, the subjects responded more quickly to the pictures of happy emotional faces, and in negative emotions, the subjects responded more quickly to the pictures of sad emotional faces.(2) attention bias training had an effect on emotion induction. After positive attention bias training, the positive emotion response was stronger after watching positive video, and it could alleviate the speed of emotion regression.The negative emotion induced by watching negative video decreased significantly, while the positive emotion increased significantly when watching neutral video.Attention bias positive training can change the emotional susceptibility of individuals and play a positive role in inducing and maintaining individual positive emotions.
