【摘要】：賞畫可以影響情緒的理論在古今中外書籍中的早已記載，但是國內(nèi)外關(guān)于繪畫欣賞實證研究并不是很多，其中關(guān)于繪畫欣賞應(yīng)對情緒的實證研究就更少了，這些實證研究有些是運用團體輔導(dǎo)的方式干預(yù)情緒，在繪畫選材方面指標(biāo)略顯單一，嚴(yán)謹性不夠。 針對以往研究的不足，，本研究前三個研究都是為篩選材料，被試均為大學(xué)本科生，研究一是用實驗的方法篩選出可以成功誘發(fā)出較為純凈的悲傷情緒的視頻，研究二、三是自編問卷的編制和實測以及確定繪畫欣賞實驗圖片的選擇依據(jù)。研究四，也是正式實驗，以江西師范大學(xué)170名本科生作為研究對象，用情緒檢測表來測量悲傷情緒的變化，實驗設(shè)計為實驗組控制組前測后測實驗設(shè)計，實驗?zāi)康氖菫榱丝疾觳煌L畫類型（水彩畫、漫畫、水墨畫、油畫）對悲傷情緒的影響。 實驗結(jié)果表明: 1、《我的兄弟姐妹》能誘發(fā)較高的程度和純度的悲傷情緒，且穩(wěn)定性較好，可以作為后續(xù)試驗的視頻材料；性別、年級、科目因素對《我的兄弟姐妹》誘發(fā)被試悲傷情緒沒有顯著影響。 2、對自編問卷《特定情緒下個體賞畫類型偏好調(diào)查問卷》進行了信度的檢驗，重測信度r=0.874, p值為0.01，測量結(jié)果表明該問卷具有較重測信度；用專家評定方法對問卷的效度進行評定，專家均認為該問卷的項目能夠充分代表大學(xué)生的賞畫偏好；自編問卷調(diào)查出的是緩解其悲傷情緒程度的繪畫，而不是被試根據(jù)自己的興趣和喜好選擇的繪畫；在誘發(fā)悲傷后，色彩為暖色調(diào)和亮色調(diào)、內(nèi)容為風(fēng)景畫和動植物畫、藝術(shù)類型為具象畫和意象畫更讓被試覺得更舒適，也即更能夠緩解大學(xué)生悲傷情緒；被試的性別對賞畫緩解悲傷情緒沒有影響，而被試的專業(yè)有影響，表現(xiàn)在理科生的悲傷情緒變化值平均的得分顯著高于文科生。 3、在降低悲傷情緒中，漫畫組、水彩畫組、水墨畫組、油畫和算術(shù)組的程度顯著高于休息組，漫畫組和水彩畫組顯著高于算術(shù)組，水墨畫組與算術(shù)組沒有顯著差異，油畫組與算術(shù)組沒有顯著差異。四種繪畫降低悲傷情緒的程度有高到低排序為水彩畫、漫畫、水墨畫、油畫，漫畫和水彩畫的程度要顯著高于油畫；
[Abstract]:The theory that appreciating painting can affect emotion has long been recorded in ancient and modern books, but there are not many empirical studies on painting appreciation at home and abroad, among which, there is less empirical study on painting appreciation coping with emotion.Some of these empirical studies use group counseling to intervene in emotion.In view of the shortcomings of previous studies, the first three studies in this study are all for screening materials, and the subjects are all undergraduates. In the first study, we used experimental methods to screen out videos which can successfully induce a relatively pure sadness emotion.The third is the compilation and measurement of self-made questionnaire and the selection basis of the picture of painting appreciation experiment.Study 4, also a formal experiment, took 170 undergraduates from Jiangxi normal University as the research object, and used the emotion test table to measure the changes of sadness emotion. The experiment was designed for the experimental group control group before and after the test.The purpose of the experiment is to investigate the influence of different painting types (watercolor, cartoon, ink painting, oil painting) on sadness.The experimental results show that:1. "my brothers and sisters" elicited a higher degree and purity of sadness, and was more stable, and could be used as a video material for follow-up trials; gender, grade,Subject factors had no significant effect on the sad emotion induced by my brothers and sisters.(2) the reliability of self-designed questionnaire < questionnaire of individual appreciation types under specific emotion > was tested. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.874 (p = 0.01). The results showed that the questionnaire had higher test-retest reliability;The validity of the questionnaire was evaluated with the method of expert evaluation. The experts all thought that the items of the questionnaire could fully represent the preference of college students for painting appreciation.Instead of the paintings chosen by the subjects according to their own interests and preferences, the subjects felt more comfortable in warm and bright colors, landscape paintings and animal and plant paintings, and in figurative paintings and imagery paintings.That is to say, it can alleviate the sadness of college students; the gender of the subjects has no effect on the appreciation of painting to alleviate the sadness, but the subjects' major has an effect, which is shown by the average score of the changes of sadness of science students is significantly higher than that of arts students.3. The degree of depression in comic group, watercolor group, watercolor group, painting group, oil painting and arithmetic group was significantly higher than that in rest group, while that in comic group and watercolor group was significantly higher than that in arithmetic group, but there was no significant difference between watercolor group and arithmetic group.There was no significant difference between the oil painting group and the arithmetic group.The degree of lowering sadness in four kinds of paintings was higher to lower: watercolor, cartoon, ink painting, oil painting, cartoon and watercolor painting were significantly higher than oil painting;
