【摘要】：目的了解中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與貧困大學(xué)生心理健康的關(guān)系,為改善大學(xué)生心理健康狀況提供依據(jù)。方法經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展指標(biāo)來(lái)自1994—2007年的《中國(guó)統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒》,貧困生心理健康指標(biāo)來(lái)自中國(guó)期刊網(wǎng)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、維普資訊等1998—2011年139篇(n=54 423)采用SCL-90的實(shí)證研究文獻(xiàn),利用橫斷歷史分析探討兩者之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果貧困大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系、偏執(zhí)2個(gè)因子均值與年代均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r值分別為-0.15~-0.17,P值均0.05);軀體化、人際關(guān)系、抑郁和敵對(duì)4個(gè)因子標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差與年代呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r值分別為-0.18~-0.25,P值均0.05);貧困大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系、偏執(zhí)的均值以及軀體化、人際關(guān)系、抑郁和敵對(duì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差與5 a前人均GDP、城鎮(zhèn)化、工資水平、教育經(jīng)費(fèi)投入均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r值分別為-0.17~-0.27,P值均0.05);軀體化的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差與城市和農(nóng)村恩格爾系數(shù)、房?jī)r(jià)占工資比呈正相關(guān)(r值分別為0.18~0.20,P值均0.05),而抑郁與城市恩格爾系數(shù)呈正相關(guān)(r=0.18,P0.05)。結(jié)論貧困大學(xué)生部分心理健康因子有所改善,一些健康因子的內(nèi)部差異在逐漸變小。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展是影響貧困大學(xué)生某些心理健康因子發(fā)展及其內(nèi)部差異的重要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between economic development and mental health of poor college students and to provide evidence for improving their mental health.Methods the indicators of economic development were collected from the Statistical Yearbook of China from 1994 to 2007, and the mental health indicators of poor students were collected from the Chinese Journal Network, Wanfang Database, Weipu Information, etc., from 1998 to 2011, using the empirical research literature of SCL-90.The relationship between the two is discussed by means of cross-sectional historical analysis.Results the mean values of two factors of poor college students' interpersonal relationship, paranoid ideation and age were negatively correlated with r values (-0.15) -0.17 (P = 0.05), somatization and interpersonal relationships, respectively.There was a negative correlation between the standard deviation of depression and hostility and the age. The mean values of interpersonal relationship, paranoid ideation, somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression and hostility of poor college students were 0. 05%, 0. 18% and 0. 25% P, respectively, and the standard deviation of depression and hostility were correlated with GDP- per capita and urbanization 5 years ago.There was a negative correlation between wage level and educational expenditure, r values were -0.17- 0.27p, respectively, and the standard deviation of somatization and Engel's coefficient in urban and rural areas were all 0.050.The standard deviation of somatization was related to the Engel coefficient of urban and rural areas.The positive correlation r value of the ratio of house price to wage was 0.18 ~ 0.20% P, respectively, while the depression was positively correlated with the urban Engel's coefficient (0.18 ~ 0.18) P _ (0.05).Conclusion some mental health factors of poor college students have been improved, and the internal differences of some health factors are becoming smaller.Economic development is an important factor affecting the development of some mental health factors and their internal differences among poor college students.
