【摘要】：身體意象是個(gè)體在自我發(fā)展過(guò)程中逐漸產(chǎn)生的對(duì)于自己身體的感知,并不斷進(jìn)行社會(huì)比較和自我評(píng)價(jià)形成對(duì)自己身體的某種情感和態(tài)度。消極身體意象者由于審美觀和自我身體認(rèn)知的偏差會(huì)引起心理煩惱、對(duì)自己身體的消極情緒甚至許多如低自尊、低效能感、焦慮、抑郁、飲食紊亂這樣的心理和行為問(wèn)題。本研究共分三個(gè)部分。首先以江西省735名高中學(xué)生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,采用Marsh教授編制,徐培和李安民修訂的《身體自我描述問(wèn)卷》PSDQ量表調(diào)查高中生的身體意象特點(diǎn);然后分別篩選出積極身體意象被試和消極身體意象被試各30名進(jìn)行點(diǎn)探測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn),以此來(lái)比較積極和消極身體意象者注意偏向的空間特點(diǎn);最后,基于前兩個(gè)研究得出的高中生身體意象水平和消極組的信息加工特點(diǎn),采用隨機(jī)分組的方法將消極身體意象者分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和控制組并通過(guò)想象放松訓(xùn)練、審美教育、合理信念教育等以認(rèn)知干預(yù)為主的措施來(lái)進(jìn)行有效干預(yù)的探討。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)高中生總體身體意象處于中等程度。被試在各維度上滿意度由高到低的順序?yàn)?身體體脂、身體健康、身體自尊、身體外表、整體身體、身體靈活、身體協(xié)調(diào)、運(yùn)動(dòng)能力、身體力量、身體耐力、身體活動(dòng)。(2)高中生身體意象存在顯著的性別差異。相對(duì)于男生,女生在總體和各個(gè)維度上表現(xiàn)出的身體滿意程度均更低。(3)高中生身體意象除了運(yùn)動(dòng)能力維度外,在總體和身體體脂等其他維度上均無(wú)明顯的年齡差異。(4)點(diǎn)探測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)中發(fā)現(xiàn),身體意象消極的被試存在對(duì)身體和食物詞的選擇性注意偏向。(5)本研究設(shè)計(jì)的干預(yù)措施效果較好,實(shí)驗(yàn)組被試的身體靈活、整體身體、身體自尊、身體外表、身體協(xié)調(diào)五個(gè)維度的滿意度都有所改善。
[Abstract]:Body image is an individual's perception of his body in the process of self-development, and social comparison and self-evaluation to form a certain emotion and attitude towards his body.Negative body imagers may cause psychological trouble due to the deviation of aesthetic perception and self-body cognition, and even many psychological and behavioral problems such as low self-esteem, low efficacy, anxiety, depression, eating disorder and so on.This study is divided into three parts.Firstly, 735 senior middle school students in Jiangxi Province were investigated with the PSDQ scale, compiled by Professor Marsh and revised by Xu Pei and Li Anmin, to investigate the body image characteristics of high school students.Then, 30 subjects with positive body image and 30 subjects with negative body image were selected to carry out spot detection experiments to compare the spatial characteristics of attention bias between positive and negative body imagers.Based on the level of body image of senior high school students and the characteristics of information processing in negative group, the negative body imagers were divided into experimental group and control group by the method of random grouping, and the aesthetic education was carried out through imagination relaxation training.Rational belief education and other measures such as cognitive intervention to explore effective intervention.The results are as follows: 1) the overall body image of high school students is at the medium level.The order of satisfaction from high to low in each dimension was: body fat, body health, body self-esteem, body appearance, whole body, body flexibility, body coordination, movement ability, body strength, physical endurance.Physical activity. 2) there are significant gender differences in body image of senior high school students.Compared with boys, girls showed lower degree of physical satisfaction in overall and every dimension.) the body image of high school students was not only the dimension of sports ability, but also the dimension of sports ability.There was no significant age difference in the whole and other dimensions such as body fat. The results showed that the subjects with negative body image had a selective attention bias to body and food words.) the intervention measures designed in this study were effective.In the experimental group, the satisfaction of the five dimensions of flexibility, whole body, self-esteem, body appearance and body coordination were all improved.
