【摘要】：共情是指對他人情緒狀態(tài)感知和理解的能力,是一種重要的高級社會情緒。前人研究表明共情包含兩個階段：自下而上的情感反應(yīng)階段以及自上而下的認(rèn)知調(diào)節(jié)階段。酒精飲料是一種廣受歡迎的飲品。然而,近期一項關(guān)于急性飲酒對共情影響的功能核磁共振研究發(fā)現(xiàn),飲酒會降低特定腦區(qū)的共情神經(jīng)活動且改變特定腦區(qū)間的功能連接。但由于磁共振的時間分辨率較低,該研究無法說明急性飲酒對共情的哪個階段產(chǎn)生了影響。 本研究采用高時間分辨率的事件相關(guān)電位(Event-Related Potentials, ERPs)技術(shù)進(jìn)一步研究急性飲酒對共情加工過程的影響。本研究采用雙盲-安慰劑控制的被試內(nèi)設(shè)計,22名健康的社會飲酒者參與了本研究。使用他人肢體受痛或非受痛的圖片為刺激材料,要求所有被試在飲酒和安慰劑條件下認(rèn)真觀看圖片,其中部分圖片需要被試完成疼痛判斷任務(wù)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：1)相較于安慰劑組,飲酒后,觀看疼痛圖片時枕區(qū)的N1,額-中區(qū)的P1,LPP波幅減小,加工非疼痛圖片時額-中區(qū)域的LPP波幅減小。表明酒精會特異性地抑制對疼痛刺激的早期視覺加工,普遍性地抑制對信息的晚期的有控制的認(rèn)知加工。2)在對疼痛共情的加工中,在安慰劑條件下,加工疼痛刺激相比于非疼痛刺激會在左側(cè)中央?yún)^(qū)誘發(fā)N2和LPP產(chǎn)生更正性的偏轉(zhuǎn)。而在酒精條件下,加工疼痛刺激相比于非疼痛刺激會在左側(cè)中央?yún)^(qū)誘發(fā)N2產(chǎn)生更負(fù)性的偏轉(zhuǎn),而LPP則沒有顯著差異。對疼痛共情的加工存在左側(cè)半球的優(yōu)勢化。表明酒精會抑制共情中自上而下的認(rèn)知評價成分。
[Abstract]:Empathy refers to the ability to perceive and understand the emotional state of others and is an important high-level social emotion.Previous studies have shown that empathy consists of two stages: the bottom-up stage of emotional response and the top-down stage of cognitive regulation.Alcoholic drinks are a popular drink.However, a recent functional nuclear magnetic resonance study of the effects of acute drinking on empathy found that drinking reduced sympathetic nerve activity in specific brain regions and altered functional connections in specific regions of the brain.But because of the low time resolution of MRI, the study could not tell which stage of empathy was affected by acute alcohol consumption.Event-Related potentials (ERPs) were used to study the effects of acute drinking on the process of empathy.The study involved 22 healthy social drinkers in a double-blind placebo-controlled study.All subjects were asked to look at the images carefully under drinking and placebo conditions, some of which required participants to complete the pain judgment task.The study found that compared with the placebo group, compared with the placebo group, compared with the placebo group, the N _ 1 amplitude of the occipital area and the P _ (1) LPP amplitude of the fronto-central region decreased after drinking, and the LPP amplitude of the front-middle region decreased during the processing of the non-pain image.This suggests that alcohol specifically inhibits early visual processing of pain stimuli, and generally inhibits controlled cognitive processing of late information.Processing pain stimuli induce a corrected deflection of N2 and LPP in the left central region compared with non-pain stimuli.Under alcohol condition, processing pain stimulation induced a more negative N _ 2 deflection in the left central region than non-pain stimulation, but there was no significant difference in LPP.There is a left hemispheric dominance in the processing of pain empathy.This suggests that alcohol inhibits top-down cognitive evaluation components in empathy.
