新入職律師工作壓力、心理健康及其關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:適度的工作壓力是維持正常工作開展的必要條件,但過強(qiáng)、持續(xù)時間過長的工作壓力會導(dǎo)致身心失調(diào),產(chǎn)生生理、情緒、行為等方面的不良反應(yīng),進(jìn)而影響其心理健康水平。而律師作為一種高壓力、高風(fēng)險的行業(yè),由于高的工作壓力勢必會對其自身心理健康水平產(chǎn)生影響,尤其是剛?cè)肼毜男侣蓭?其面臨事業(yè)、家庭等等多方面的壓力,其心理健康水平更應(yīng)該引起我們的關(guān)注。因此,本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前社會背景,在研究律師心理健康和工作壓力的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了剛剛步入律師行業(yè)的青年律師的工作壓力和心理健康的相關(guān)研究,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前新入職律師所承受工作壓力的特點(diǎn)及對其本身心理健康水平的影響程度,這不但對于律師心理健康的研究具有重要的理論意義,同時也可以使青年律師自身更好地了解自身行業(yè)的特點(diǎn),學(xué)會合理的化解各方面工作沖突,減輕因?yàn)楣ぷ鲏毫^大對其自身心理健康水平帶來的影響。另一方面,對于維護(hù)我國司法隊伍的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展也有較高的建設(shè)性意義。 本文采用工作壓力量表和SCL—90心理健康自評量表對河北省新入職的402名年輕律師進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明: (1)新入職律師感受工作壓力總分高于理論均值3分,工作壓力比較大。 (2)新入職男律師感受到的工作壓力高于女律師,已婚律師感受到的工作壓力顯著高于未婚律師;30歲以下律師感受到的角色認(rèn)知壓力顯著大于40歲以上律;從工作背景和氛圍壓力上40歲以上律師感受到的工作背景和氛圍壓力最大。 (3)新入職律師心理健康狀況總體良好;在人際關(guān)系和偏執(zhí)二因子上男性律師得分顯著高于女性律師,未婚律師在人際關(guān)系因子上得分顯著高于已婚律師,30歲以下律師在強(qiáng)迫和人際關(guān)系二因子上得分顯著高于其他兩組。 (4)新入職律師心理健康狀況和其感受到的工作壓力呈顯著相關(guān),并且工作壓力中的自身發(fā)展壓力、工作內(nèi)源壓力、組織壓力、人際關(guān)系壓力、職業(yè)發(fā)展壓力等五因子對心理健康有明顯的預(yù)測作用。
[Abstract]:Moderate work stress is a necessary condition to maintain normal work, but excessive and prolonged work stress can lead to physical and mental disorders, physical, emotional, behavioral and other adverse reactions. And lawyers, as an industry with high pressure and high risk, are bound to have an impact on their own mental health due to high job stress, especially new lawyers who have just entered the profession. The psychological health level of family and other pressures should be paid more attention to. Therefore, this paper, in the light of the current social background, studies the mental health and work stress of lawyers. In order to find out the characteristics of the working stress and the influence on the mental health level of the young lawyers who have just entered the profession, this paper puts forward the related research on the working stress and mental health of the young lawyers who have just entered the law profession. This not only has important theoretical significance for the study of lawyers' mental health, but also enables young lawyers themselves to better understand the characteristics of their own profession and learn how to resolve various working conflicts reasonably. On the other hand, it is of constructive significance to maintain the stability and development of the judicial team in our country. A questionnaire survey of 402 young lawyers in Hebei Province was conducted with the work stress scale and the SCL-90 Mental Health Self-Rating scale. The results showed that:. (1) the total score of working stress of newly employed lawyers is higher than the theoretical average of 3 points, and the work pressure is relatively large. (2) the new male lawyer felt more job pressure than the female lawyer, and the married lawyer felt the work pressure significantly higher than that of the unmarried lawyer under 30 years old, and the role cognition pressure of the lawyer under the age of 30 was significantly higher than that of the over 40 years old. From the work background and atmosphere pressure, over 40 years old lawyers feel the most pressure of work background and atmosphere. 3) the mental health status of newly employed lawyers was generally good, and the scores of male lawyers were significantly higher than that of female lawyers in the two factors of interpersonal relationship and paranoid ideation. The scores of unmarried lawyers in interpersonal relationship factors were significantly higher than those of married lawyers under 30 years old in the two factors of compulsion and interpersonal relationship. (4) the mental health status of newly employed lawyers was significantly correlated with the pressure they felt at work, and the pressure of their own development, internal work pressure, organizational stress, interpersonal stress, etc. Five factors, such as career development stress, have significant predictive effect on mental health.
