【摘要】：目的:男同性戀社會歧視現(xiàn)象普遍,同時是艾滋病高發(fā)人群,已成為重要的社會問題之一。為了解男同性戀者心理社會特征及其影響因素,通過問卷及訪談的形式從五個方面進行研究分析。通過研究提出對策措施,減少歧視,改善男同性戀群體自身心理和情感問題,并為其他相關(guān)研究提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法:在閱讀相關(guān)書籍并復(fù)習(xí)大量文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,通過座談形式提出可能引起性取向改變的相關(guān)指標,對指標進行篩選,自制調(diào)查問卷。問卷形成初稿進行預(yù)調(diào)查,綜合各方反饋并在專家的指導(dǎo)下形成問卷成品。根據(jù)金賽量表制作性取向評分表。采用整體隨機抽樣法,在廣西壯族自治區(qū)疾病預(yù)防控制中心舉辦的大型公益活動中選取調(diào)查對象,同時招募男性同性戀志愿者從事問卷調(diào)查工作。用Epidata建庫,SPSS16.0進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:共374名調(diào)查對象符合納入條件,并進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計。1.基本人口統(tǒng)計學(xué):有99.2%的調(diào)查對象年齡分布在15~55歲區(qū)間,平均年齡31.23±8.73歲。性取向評分分布情況:3分50人(13.4%),4分68人(18.2%),5分51人(13.6%),6分205人(54.8%)。2.性心理發(fā)育:有235人(62.83%)表示自己在青春期的第一個性愛慕對象是男性,有276人(73.80%)有對同性產(chǎn)生愛戀(或暗戀)的經(jīng)歷,性幻想對象為男性的有272人(72.73%),與男性發(fā)生過親密的身體接觸經(jīng)歷的有194人(51.87%),青春期有和男伙伴一起手淫或自慰經(jīng)歷的有150人(40.11%)。3.性情感體會:青春期有254人(67.91%)先與男性發(fā)生性行為,近兩成曾有過與女性戀愛或發(fā)生親密關(guān)系很受挫的經(jīng)歷。4.家庭生活環(huán)境:有157人(41.98%)在7歲前大部分時間與母親相處,在兒童時期被父母打扮成女孩的有18人(4.81%)。201人(53.74%)從小和家中的姐妹一起玩耍長大。5.一般社會經(jīng)歷:264人(70.59%)在明確自己的性取向之前接觸了同性戀知識。84人(22.46%)有長期(半年以上)生活在單一男性環(huán)境中的經(jīng)歷。認為生活中發(fā)生過某些特別的事件并對自己同性戀性取向的形成有重要影響的有87人(23.26%)。6.調(diào)查對象中,有12.30%和4.81%的人在18歲之前有過來自男性和女性的創(chuàng)傷性經(jīng)歷,且認為該創(chuàng)傷性經(jīng)歷導(dǎo)致其性取向發(fā)生變化。84人(22.46%)有被男性強迫自慰、口交、接吻的經(jīng)歷,35人(9.36%)有被男性誘奸或強奸的經(jīng)歷。男同性戀者性心理發(fā)育平均得分率為55.04%,性情感體會方面平均得分率為41.76%。素質(zhì)性男同性戀者回答得分11.26±2.87分高于男雙性戀者9.27±3.91分,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。男素質(zhì)性同性戀者和男雙性戀在性心理發(fā)育、性情感體會、一般社會經(jīng)歷和創(chuàng)傷性經(jīng)歷這4個方面的平均得分及總分上差異具有顯著性(p0.05)。在28個核心指標中,有14個在不同性取向分數(shù)的人群中得分率有顯著差異(p0.05),其中性心理發(fā)育(6個),性情感體會(4個)。結(jié)論:本次的調(diào)查對象年齡跨度大,但主要集中在性行為較活躍的年齡段。素質(zhì)性同性戀占到總體調(diào)查對象的一半以上,與國內(nèi)外相關(guān)報道一致。青春期的性心理發(fā)育對于青少年性取向有影響;第一次性經(jīng)歷對性取向的形成有較大影響;是否與女性發(fā)生過性關(guān)系,體會過與女性的性快感,與是否成為同性戀沒有必然聯(lián)系,但與女性親密接觸時的受挫經(jīng)歷對性取向有影響;長期與母親在一起或從小同姐妹一起玩耍,對男同性戀的性取向形成有影響;性取向固定前接觸同性戀知識,對性取向的固定有促進作用;單一性環(huán)境和生活中的特殊事件對性取向的影響比較明確、不能被忽略;被動獲得的創(chuàng)傷性經(jīng)歷對同性戀的性取向產(chǎn)生有較大影響。性心理發(fā)育、性情感體會、一般社會經(jīng)歷和創(chuàng)傷性經(jīng)歷這4個方面對男性性取向的形成有較大關(guān)系。性心理發(fā)育和性情感體會對男同性戀的性取向形成有影響,其中性心理發(fā)育對素質(zhì)性男同性戀的影響更為廣泛,創(chuàng)傷性經(jīng)歷對男雙性戀的形成有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: gay social discrimination phenomenon, also is a high risk of AIDS, has become one of the important social problems. In order to understand the psychological factors of gay social characteristics and influence, through questionnaires and interviews from five aspects of research and analysis. To reduce the discrimination through research and put forward the countermeasures, and improve their psychological and emotional the gay community, and to provide basic data for other related studies. The adolescent psychological development for adolescent sexual orientation have influence; the disposable experience has a great influence on the formation of sexual orientation; and whether women had sex experience and female sexual pleasure, and is not necessarily associated with female homosexuality, but close contact the frustration experienced the influence of sexual orientation; long-term and mother together or from a play with the sisters, the male homosexual sexual orientation influence the formation of fixed contact orientation; gay knowledge on sexual orientation has a fixed role; a single environmental impact of special events and in the life of sexual orientation is clear, can not be ignored; the traumatic experience for passive Homosexual orientation has great influence. Psychological development, emotional experience, social experience and traumatic experiences, these 4 aspects have a greater relationship on the formation of male sexual orientation. Psychological development and emotional experience of homosexual sexual orientation influence the formation and the development of sex psychology influence on quality of male homosexuality more extensive traumatic experiences on the formation of bisexual men have a certain significance.
