內(nèi)隱、外顯自我接納研究

【摘要】:Gordon W Allport首先提出并研究“自我接納”,大量研究表明自我接納作為自我意識(shí)的重要組成部分,是健全人格的主要條件,也是心理健康的首要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),受到臨床心理工作者的重視,學(xué)院派科研學(xué)者對(duì)此卻并未進(jìn)行深入探究。在20世紀(jì)90年代,Greenwald等人開(kāi)拓自我意識(shí)問(wèn)題的新領(lǐng)域,率先提出內(nèi)隱社會(huì)認(rèn)知理論和內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)試技術(shù),為進(jìn)一步探究自我意識(shí)提供了一個(gè)全新的方法,也引發(fā)了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究?jī)?nèi)隱自我意識(shí)的熱潮。質(zhì)性研究,作為心理學(xué)研究方法的旁支,由于其具有深入探索個(gè)體心理世界與建構(gòu)理論方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),也逐漸被重視,F(xiàn)階段,關(guān)于自我接納的研究都是采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,本文正是在這一背景下,,從內(nèi)隱社會(huì)認(rèn)知角度研究?jī)?nèi)隱、外顯自我接納的結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)系及其對(duì)心理健康的影響,并采用質(zhì)性研究探究個(gè)體自我接納的發(fā)展與影響因素,得出以下結(jié)論: 1、內(nèi)隱自我接納客觀存在,并具有普遍性; 2、內(nèi)隱自我接納與外顯自我接納的兩維結(jié)構(gòu)模型的擬合優(yōu)度指標(biāo)優(yōu)于單維結(jié)構(gòu)模型,內(nèi)隱自我接納與外顯自我接納是兩個(gè)相互分離的獨(dú)立結(jié)構(gòu); 3、外顯自我接納與心理健康水平總體及每個(gè)都因子間存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān),內(nèi)隱自我接納與偏執(zhí)因子存在負(fù)相關(guān);不同自我接納結(jié)構(gòu)的被試在SCL-90的總分及部分因子上的得分差異顯著,其中,高內(nèi)隱-低外顯自我接納的被試SCL-90得分最高,接下來(lái)分別是“低內(nèi)隱-低外顯自我接納”組,“低內(nèi)隱-高外顯自我接納”組和“高內(nèi)隱-高外顯自我接納”組。這表明內(nèi)隱自我接納與外顯自我接納是兩個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的結(jié)構(gòu),共同影響心理健康,內(nèi)隱、外顯自我接納水平都高的時(shí)候,心理健康狀況最為良好; 4、外顯自我接納與合理信念相關(guān),可以通過(guò)合理信念提高外顯自我接納;內(nèi)隱自我接納與意識(shí)層面的合理信念無(wú)關(guān); 5、早期經(jīng)歷奠定自我接納的基調(diào),并受到個(gè)人、家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)文化的影響,終生發(fā)展變化。
[Abstract]:Gordon W Allport first proposed and studied "self-acceptance". A large number of studies show that self-acceptance, as an important part of self-consciousness, is the main condition of sound personality and the primary standard of mental health. In the 1990s, Greenwald et al developed a new field of self-awareness, and put forward the theory of implicit social cognition and the test technology of implicit association. It provides a new method for further exploring self-consciousness, and also causes the upsurge of domestic and foreign scholars to study implicit self-consciousness. Qualitative research, as a side branch of psychological research methods, Because it has the advantage of exploring the individual psychological world and constructing theory, it has been paid more and more attention. At this stage, the research on self-acceptance is based on questionnaire survey, which is the background of this paper. This paper studies the structural relationship of implicit and explicit self-acceptance and its influence on mental health from the perspective of implicit social cognition, and explores the development and influencing factors of individual self-acceptance by qualitative research, and draws the following conclusions:. 1. Implicit self-acceptance exists objectively and is universal; 2, the goodness of fit index of the two dimensional structure model of implicit self acceptance and explicit self acceptance is superior to that of one dimensional structure model, and implicit self acceptance and explicit self acceptance are two independent structures separated from each other. 3There was a significant negative correlation between explicit self-acceptance and mental health level, and between implicit self-acceptance and paranoid ideation. There were significant differences in the total scores and some factors of SCL-90 among the subjects with different self-acceptance structures, among which, the SCL-90 scores of the subjects with high implicit and low explicit self-acceptance were the highest. Then there are "low implicit-low explicit self-acceptance" group, "low implicit-high explicit self-acceptance" group and "high implicit-high explicit self-acceptance" group, respectively. This indicates that implicit self-acceptance and explicit self-acceptance are two relatively independent structures. When the level of mental health, implicit and explicit self-acceptance is high, the state of mental health is the best. 4. Explicit self acceptance is related to reasonable belief, which can be improved by reasonable belief, implicit self acceptance has nothing to do with reasonable belief in consciousness level; 5. Early experiences set the tone of self-acceptance and are influenced by individuals, families, schools and social cultures, developing and changing throughout their lives.
