【摘要】：本研究通過蒙特卡洛模擬考查了分類精確性指數(shù)Entropy及其變式受樣本量、潛類別數(shù)目、類別距離和指標(biāo)個(gè)數(shù)及其組合的影響情況。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)盡管Entropy值與分類精確性高相關(guān),但其值隨類別數(shù)、樣本量和指標(biāo)數(shù)的變化而變化,很難確定唯一的臨界值;(2)其他條件不變的情況下,樣本量越大,Entropy的值越小,分類精確性越差;(3)類別距離對(duì)分類精確性的影響具有跨樣本量和跨類別數(shù)的一致性;(4)小樣本(N=50~100)的情況下,指標(biāo)數(shù)越多,Entropy的結(jié)果越好;(5)在各種條件下Entropy對(duì)分類錯(cuò)誤率比其它變式更靈敏。
[Abstract]:In this study, Monte Carlo simulations were used to investigate the effects of the classification accuracy index (Entropy) and its variations on the sample size, the number of latent categories, the distance and the number of indexes and their combinations. The results show that the Entropy value is highly correlated with the accuracy of the classification. However, its value varies with the number of categories, samples and index numbers, and it is difficult to determine the only critical value.) if other conditions are not changed, the larger the sample size is, the smaller the value of Entropy is. The worse the classification accuracy is, the worse the effect of classification distance on classification accuracy is. Entropy is more sensitive to classification error rate than other variants under various conditions.
