【摘要】：共同冗思指?jìng)�(gè)體在雙向關(guān)系中過(guò)度討論個(gè)人問(wèn)題的行為。共同冗思對(duì)個(gè)體產(chǎn)生適應(yīng)權(quán)衡效應(yīng),即它不僅與積極的友誼屬性有關(guān),還與抑郁和焦慮等內(nèi)化問(wèn)題相關(guān)。以往研究主要分析共同冗思的性別差異、發(fā)展特點(diǎn)及其在不同親密關(guān)系中的表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)共同冗思的適應(yīng)權(quán)衡效應(yīng)在女性群體中比在男性群體中更為突出,在青少年群體中比在兒童群體中更為突出。研究者主要從同伴傳染、壓力生成、共情痛苦以及生理機(jī)制等角度解釋共同冗思與內(nèi)化問(wèn)題的關(guān)系。友誼等親密關(guān)系中的共同冗思對(duì)個(gè)體適應(yīng)的負(fù)面影響難以察覺(jué),它可以作為個(gè)體抑郁和焦慮等內(nèi)化問(wèn)題的危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)。后續(xù)研究可以從考察共同冗思的人格以及環(huán)境影響因素等角度深化對(duì)該主題的理解。
[Abstract]:Common redundancy refers to the behavior of individuals who overdiscuss personal problems in a two-way relationship. Common redundancy has an adaptive tradeoff effect on individuals, that is, it is not only related to positive friendship attributes, It is also associated with internalization problems such as depression and anxiety. Previous studies have analyzed gender differences in common redundancy. Development characteristics and their performance in different intimate relationships. It was found that the adaptive trade-offs of common redundancy were more prominent in women than in men. It is more prominent in adolescents than in children. Researchers are mainly from peer transmission, stress generation, The relationship between common redundancy and internalization is explained from the perspectives of empathy pain and physiological mechanism. The negative effects of common redundancy in intimate relationships such as friendship on individual adaptation are difficult to detect. It can be used as a danger signal for internal problems such as individual depression and anxiety. Further studies can deepen the understanding of the subject from the perspective of the personality and environmental factors of common redundancy.
