觀眾效應(yīng)對(duì)羞怯個(gè)體執(zhí)行功能的影響

【摘要】:羞怯是一種常見(jiàn)的心理體驗(yàn),每個(gè)人都或多或少經(jīng)歷過(guò)。跨文化研究證明羞怯具有普遍性,且中國(guó)青少年的羞怯體驗(yàn)更為普遍,程度也更加嚴(yán)重。羞怯在中國(guó)文化背景下,經(jīng)常被認(rèn)為是“含蓄”、“內(nèi)斂”和“謙虛”的表現(xiàn)。但是不可忽視的是,羞怯個(gè)體在社交場(chǎng)合中,經(jīng)常表現(xiàn)為害羞臉紅,不知所措,說(shuō)話小聲,不敢發(fā)表自己的意見(jiàn),擔(dān)心別人對(duì)自己的負(fù)性評(píng)價(jià)等,憂慮、緊張不安經(jīng)常籠罩在他們心頭,在一定程度上影響了羞怯個(gè)體的人際交往水平和工作生活質(zhì)量。本研究以山東某高校的學(xué)生為被試,旨在用行為實(shí)驗(yàn)法探討觀眾效應(yīng)對(duì)不同羞怯水平的個(gè)體執(zhí)行功能的影響是否存在差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)一采用經(jīng)典Stroop范式,主要考察觀眾條件下不同羞怯水平的個(gè)體抑制功能是否存在差異,采用2(羞怯、非羞怯)×2(有觀眾條件、無(wú)觀眾條件)二因素組間設(shè)計(jì),羞怯水平和觀眾條件均為組間變量,因變量是Stroop效應(yīng)量。實(shí)驗(yàn)二采用n-back實(shí)驗(yàn)范式,主要考察觀眾條件下不同羞怯水平的個(gè)體刷新功能是否存在差異,采用2(羞怯、非羞怯)×2(有觀眾條件、無(wú)觀眾條件)×2(任務(wù)難度1、3)混合實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),其中,羞怯水平是組間變量,觀眾條件是組間變量,任務(wù)難度是組內(nèi)變量,因變量是n-back任務(wù)的反應(yīng)時(shí)和正確率。實(shí)驗(yàn)三采用More-odding shifting任務(wù),考察觀眾條件下,不同羞怯水平的個(gè)體轉(zhuǎn)換能力的差異,采用2(羞怯、非羞怯)×2(有觀眾條件、無(wú)觀眾條件)的二因素組間設(shè)計(jì),羞怯水平為組間變量,觀眾條件為組間變量,轉(zhuǎn)換反應(yīng)時(shí)為因變量。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)在有觀眾條件下,羞怯個(gè)體的Stroop效應(yīng)量顯著低于非羞怯個(gè)體;(2)在有觀眾的情況下,羞怯個(gè)體在3-back任務(wù)中的正確率顯著低于1-back任務(wù)正確率。非羞怯個(gè)體在3-back任務(wù)正確率顯著低于1-back任務(wù)正確率。在1-back任務(wù)中,羞怯個(gè)體正確率顯著低于非羞怯個(gè)體;在3-back任務(wù)中,羞怯個(gè)體正確率顯著低于非羞怯個(gè)體。在1-back實(shí)驗(yàn)任務(wù)中,非羞怯個(gè)體在有觀眾條件下正確率顯著高于無(wú)觀眾條件下正確率;羞怯個(gè)體在有觀眾條件下的正確率顯著低于無(wú)觀眾條件下正確率。3-back實(shí)驗(yàn)任務(wù)中,非羞怯個(gè)體在有無(wú)觀眾條件下正確率差異不顯著;羞怯個(gè)體在有觀眾條件下的正確率顯著低于無(wú)觀眾條件下正確率;(3)在有觀眾的情況下,羞怯個(gè)體在3-back任務(wù)反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著高于1-back任務(wù)反應(yīng)時(shí),非羞怯個(gè)體在3-back任務(wù)反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著高于1-back任務(wù)正確率;有觀眾條件下,在1-back任務(wù)中,羞怯個(gè)體反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著高于非羞怯個(gè)體;在3-back任務(wù)中,羞怯個(gè)體反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著高于非羞怯個(gè)體;在1-back實(shí)驗(yàn)任務(wù)中,非羞怯個(gè)體在有觀眾條件下反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著低于無(wú)觀眾條件下反應(yīng)時(shí);羞怯個(gè)體在有觀眾條件下的反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著高于無(wú)觀眾條件下反應(yīng)時(shí);3-back實(shí)驗(yàn)任務(wù)中,非羞怯個(gè)體在有無(wú)觀眾條件下反應(yīng)時(shí)差異不顯著;羞怯個(gè)體在有觀眾條件下的反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著高于無(wú)觀眾條件下反應(yīng)時(shí);(4)在觀眾條件下,羞怯個(gè)體的轉(zhuǎn)換能力顯著低于非羞怯個(gè)體;在無(wú)觀眾條件下,羞怯個(gè)體和非羞怯個(gè)體的轉(zhuǎn)換能力差異不顯著。羞怯個(gè)體在有無(wú)觀眾條件下轉(zhuǎn)換反應(yīng)時(shí)差異顯著,觀眾條件下,羞怯個(gè)體的轉(zhuǎn)換反應(yīng)時(shí)顯著高于非羞怯個(gè)體;非羞怯個(gè)體在有無(wú)觀眾條件下轉(zhuǎn)換反應(yīng)時(shí)差異不顯著。本研究表明,羞怯個(gè)體在社交場(chǎng)合的不適應(yīng)表現(xiàn)和行為抑制現(xiàn)象的出現(xiàn)是由于執(zhí)行功能受到了影響,主要表現(xiàn)為抑制能力,刷新能力和轉(zhuǎn)換能力減弱,這為我們以后進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)羞怯的認(rèn)知特點(diǎn)提供了一定的實(shí)證依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Shyness is a common psychological experience, everyone more or less experienced. Cross cultural studies show that shyness is universal, and China adolescent shy experience more generally the degree is more serious. China shyness in the cultural background, is often considered a "subtle", "introverted" and "modest" performance but can not be ignored is that the shy individuals in social situations, often manifests as shy blush, speak softly, dare not be at a loss what to do, to express their views, fear of others for their own negative evaluation anxiety, nervousness, often shrouded in their heart, to a certain extent affected the level of interpersonal and the quality of working life shyindividuals. This study takes Shandong university students as subjects, aims to use behavior experimental study on effects of different levels of audience shy individual executive function influence whether differences exist. A test using the classical Stroop paradigm, mainly on the audience under the condition of different shyness level individual inhibitory function and whether there are differences, the 2 (shy, nonshy) * 2 (the audience, the audience no conditions) two factors between subjects design, shyness level and audience conditions are group variables, the dependent variable is Stroop effect. Results showed that: (1) in the audience under shyindividuals Stroop. The amount should be significantly lower than the non shy individuals; (2) in the audience under the condition that the correct rate of shy individuals in the 3-back task in the task. The correct rate was significantly lower than that of 1-back non shy individuals in the 3-back task accuracy rate was significantly lower than that of 1-back. The study showed that the emergence of shy individuals in social situations do not adapt to the performance and behavior of the phenomenon is due to inhibition of executive function is affected, mainly for suppression, refresh capability and transformation capability weakened, this for us to further understand the cognitive characteristics of shy later Some empirical evidence is provided.
