大學生情緒智力與創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的關系研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)業(yè)意向作為影響創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的重要因素,一直是學者的重要研究議題。情緒智力作為影響大學生學業(yè)及創(chuàng)業(yè)成功的重要因素也越來越受到學者的關注。本研究目的在于探討情緒智力對創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的影響,,進而可以通過改善情緒智力的方式,提高潛在大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)意向,使?jié)撛诖髮W生創(chuàng)業(yè)者更可能表現(xiàn)出創(chuàng)業(yè)行為,最終達到成功創(chuàng)業(yè)的目的。 本研究通過對以往文獻的梳理,采用問卷調查等方法收集數(shù)據(jù),修訂了情緒智力量表和創(chuàng)業(yè)意向量表,并對大學生情緒智力與創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的關系進行了研究。研究共發(fā)放550份問卷,其中有效問卷365份。采用獨立樣本t檢驗、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、方差分析、相關分析、回歸分析等方法對收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析,得出以下結論: (1)大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)意向在專業(yè)上差異顯著,在性別、學歷、是否獨生子女等變量上差異不顯著; (2)大學生情緒智力在性別、是否獨生子女、專業(yè)、學歷、家庭背景、父母是否有自己的企業(yè)及曾經(jīng)有無創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)歷上均存在顯著差異; (3)大學生情緒智力對其創(chuàng)業(yè)意向有顯著影響并能正向預測其創(chuàng)業(yè)意向。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial intention is an important factor that affects the success of entrepreneurship. Emotional intelligence, as an important factor influencing college students' academic and entrepreneurial success, has attracted more and more attention. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of emotional intelligence on entrepreneurial intention. Through improving the emotional intelligence, we can improve the entrepreneurial intention of the potential college students entrepreneurs, make the potential university entrepreneurs more likely to show entrepreneurial behavior, and finally achieve the goal of successful entrepreneurship. In this study, the emotional Intelligence scale and the Entrepreneurial intention scale were revised by combing the previous literature and collecting data by questionnaire. The relationship between emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial intention of college students was studied. A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed, of which 365 were valid. The independent sample t-test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis were used. Correlation analysis, regression analysis and other methods of statistical analysis of the collected data, draw the following conclusions:. (1) College students' entrepreneurial intention has significant difference in specialty, but not in sex, education, only child and so on. (2) there are significant differences in emotional intelligence of college students in gender, only child, major, academic background, family background, whether parents have their own business and whether they have ever started a business. 3) College students' emotional intelligence has significant influence on their entrepreneurial intention and can positively predict their entrepreneurial intention.
