【摘要】：本研究從深層心理學(xué)觀點(diǎn)釋義挫折,認(rèn)為挫折是一種挫折情境對(duì)個(gè)體自尊的威脅,并通過兩個(gè)行為實(shí)驗(yàn)來探討挫折情境對(duì)個(gè)體外顯自尊和內(nèi)隱自尊的影響,以揭示挫折情境的心理本質(zhì)。 本研究以湖南鐵路科技職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院的學(xué)生為被試,分別以Rosenberg自尊量表和內(nèi)隱聯(lián)想測(cè)驗(yàn)來測(cè)試被試的外顯自尊及內(nèi)隱自尊。實(shí)驗(yàn)一先通過貝克抑郁量表剔除有抑郁傾向的同學(xué),從剩下的同學(xué)中隨機(jī)抽取60名被試,分為4組,4種不同的實(shí)驗(yàn)處理,探討挫折情境對(duì)外顯自尊的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)二隨機(jī)抽取40名被試,分為2組,探討挫折情境對(duì)內(nèi)隱自尊的影響。 實(shí)驗(yàn)一的結(jié)果顯示,控制組被試前測(cè)后測(cè)外顯自尊基本沒有變化,而實(shí)驗(yàn)組2和實(shí)驗(yàn)組3的被試在經(jīng)歷挫折情境后,外顯自尊有不同程度的下降,特別是實(shí)驗(yàn)組3下降顯著,表明實(shí)驗(yàn)處理3對(duì)被試產(chǎn)生了顯著影響。比較三種實(shí)驗(yàn)處理對(duì)被試的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)處理3與其他2種處理差異顯著,而其他2種處理間并無顯著差異。實(shí)驗(yàn)二的結(jié)果顯示,被試前后測(cè)內(nèi)隱自尊效應(yīng)顯著；在經(jīng)歷挫折情境后,被試的內(nèi)隱自尊變化不顯著,但兩組被試內(nèi)隱自尊均有不同程度的下降,且挫折程度越高,下降越多。 本研究可得出以下結(jié)論：(1)相比挫折前,個(gè)體的外顯自尊在挫折后明顯下降,且呈這樣一種趨勢(shì),即隨挫折情境引發(fā)的挫折感越大,下降得越多。(2)相比挫折前,個(gè)體的內(nèi)隱自尊在挫折后的變化不明顯,內(nèi)隱自尊比外顯自尊更穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:This study interprets frustration as a threat to individual self-esteem from the perspective of deep psychology, and explores the effects of frustration situation on individual explicit and implicit self-esteem through two behavioral experiments. In order to reveal the psychological nature of frustration situation. This study takes the students of Hunan Railway Science and Technology Vocational College as subjects, Explicit self-esteem and implicit self-esteem were measured by Rosenberg self-esteem scale and implicit association test respectively. 40 subjects were randomly selected and divided into 2 groups to explore the effect of frustration situation on implicit self-esteem. The results of experiment 1 showed that there was no significant change in explicit self-esteem after pre-test in control group, but in experiment group 2 and experimental group 3, there was a significant decrease in explicit self-esteem, especially in experimental group 3, after experiencing setbacks. By comparing the effects of the three treatments on the subjects, we found that the differences between the three treatments and the other two treatments were significant, but there was no significant difference between the other two treatments, and the results of experiment 2 showed that there was no significant difference between the two treatments. The effect of implicit self-esteem was significant before and after the test, but the implicit self-esteem of the two groups decreased in different degrees after experiencing the setback situation, and the higher the degree of frustration, the more the decline. In this study, we can draw the following conclusion: compared with before setbacks, the explicit self-esteem of individuals decreased significantly after setbacks, and showed a tendency that the greater the frustration situation, the more the decrease. The change of individual implicit self-esteem is not obvious after setbacks. Implicit self-esteem is more stable than explicit self-esteem.
