Z集團(tuán)EAP服務(wù)流程及效果評估研究

【摘要】:z集團(tuán)為煤礦生產(chǎn)型企業(yè),員工工作壓力大,心理健康狀況急需得到關(guān)注,故引進(jìn)了EAP服務(wù)項目。 本課題一方面對EAP的服務(wù)流程進(jìn)行梳理,同時采用EMHS問卷和SCL-90問卷,通過抽樣調(diào)查和訪談的形式,調(diào)查Z集團(tuán)員工的整體心理健康狀況,并對EAP實施前后的效果進(jìn)行評估。 通過訪談,了解員工對EAP項目的感受和期望,了解員工當(dāng)前面臨的主要困擾和應(yīng)對方式,為制定EAP服務(wù)方案提供參考。項目實施前,通過EMHS問卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),員工的認(rèn)知特征低于平均水平,焦慮水平和生活事件影響明顯高于平均水平;心理健康狀況在年齡、文化程度和工作年限上存在差異。項目結(jié)束后,評估結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),員工在認(rèn)知特征、心理特征維度得到顯著提升,然而生活事件對員工心理健康的影響仍較大。 經(jīng)過2012~2013為期一年的EAP服務(wù)和項目評估,主要結(jié)論如下: (1)員工當(dāng)前心理健康狀況整體較好,但仍需給予更多的關(guān)懷和幫助。 (2)雖然員工應(yīng)對壓力的方式較多,但尋求專業(yè)人員幫助的比例過低。 (3)EAP項目實施效果明顯,但仍需進(jìn)一步提升和完善服務(wù)質(zhì)量。 (4)員工對EAP項目的期望很高,全面提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量任重道遠(yuǎn)。
[Abstract]:Z Group is a coal mine production enterprise, staff work pressure, mental health needs attention, so the introduction of EAP service project. On the one hand, this paper combs the service flow of EAP, at the same time, adopts EMHS questionnaire and SCL-90 questionnaire, through sample investigation and interview, to investigate the overall mental health status of Z group employees, and evaluate the effect of EAP before and after the implementation. Through the interview, we can understand the staff's feeling and expectation to the EAP project, understand the main puzzles and coping styles that the employees are facing at present, and provide the reference for the formulation of the EAP service scheme. Before the project is implemented, we can find out through the EMHS questionnaire survey. The cognitive characteristics of employees were lower than average, anxiety and life events were significantly higher than average, mental health status was different in age, education and working life. The dimensions of cognitive and psychological characteristics of employees have been significantly improved, but life events still have a greater impact on the mental health of employees. Following a one-year evaluation of EAP services and projects in 20122013, the main findings are as follows:. 1) the overall mental health status of employees is better, but more care and help are needed. Although employees respond to stress in many ways, the proportion of people seeking professional help is too low. The effect of EAP project is obvious, but the service quality still needs to be improved. 4) the expectation of the EAP project is very high, and it is a long way to improve the service quality.
