青少年應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力的量表編制研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,當(dāng)今社會(huì)飛速發(fā)展,人們生活節(jié)奏的日益加快、社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈加激烈,給整個(gè)社會(huì)各階層各年齡段的人們帶來(lái)了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。其中,青少年正處于身心發(fā)展的重要時(shí)期,而這些越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)給青少年的升學(xué)、就業(yè),生活等帶來(lái)巨大的壓力。在當(dāng)前社會(huì)環(huán)境下,如何給青少年減輕壓力這個(gè)問(wèn)題對(duì)廣大家長(zhǎng)和教育工作者提出了新的挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)他(她)們的心理健康教育成為了一個(gè)重要的社會(huì)課題。 本文首先闡述了一系列相關(guān)概念的研究成果并對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行辨析。再根據(jù)前人的成果以及相關(guān)資料來(lái)提出了自己的理論構(gòu)想,希望能證明或修改這個(gè)應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力結(jié)構(gòu)。并通過(guò)開(kāi)放式問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和個(gè)別訪談,同時(shí)也參考了國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究,構(gòu)建了青少年應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力的理論結(jié)構(gòu),編修了適用于青少年群體的應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力預(yù)測(cè)量表。用預(yù)測(cè)量表對(duì)864名中學(xué)生進(jìn)行測(cè)試,并對(duì)預(yù)測(cè)量表的結(jié)果進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目區(qū)分度分析和探索性因素分析并得到修正量表。然后用修正量表對(duì)870名青少年進(jìn)行施測(cè),并對(duì)測(cè)定結(jié)果進(jìn)行內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)信度檢驗(yàn)和結(jié)構(gòu)效度檢驗(yàn),形成了一份包括認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)能力、情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力、行為控制能力、尋求支持能力和自我防御能力五個(gè)維度的青少年應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力正式量表。 結(jié)果表明: (1)青少年應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力結(jié)構(gòu)基本上與理論構(gòu)想相符合。即青少年的應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力結(jié)構(gòu)由認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)能力、情緒調(diào)節(jié)能力、行為控制能力、尋求支持能力和自我防御能力五個(gè)維度組成。 (2)探索性因素分析結(jié)果顯示:青少年的應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力結(jié)構(gòu)各維度與總問(wèn)卷均有高度相關(guān),它們都是解釋總問(wèn)卷的有效組成部分。這與原來(lái)的理論結(jié)構(gòu)也基本吻合。 (3)各因素層面和總量表的信度分析表明:①該量表的內(nèi)部一致性良好。各量表的內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)均在0.57到0.81之間,而總量表的內(nèi)部一致性系數(shù)0.86,均達(dá)到顯著性水平;②該量表的重測(cè)信度也在可接受范圍,,究其原因可能是施測(cè)時(shí)間間隔較長(zhǎng)。 (4)效度檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:模型與數(shù)據(jù)擬合得很好,說(shuō)明自編的青少年應(yīng)激適應(yīng)能力問(wèn)卷具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)效度,也與探索性因素分析得出的結(jié)果相呼應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the rapid development of today's society, the accelerating pace of life of people, the increasingly fierce social competition, to the entire society of people of all ages have brought great challenges. Young people are in an important period of physical and mental development, and these increasingly intense competitions have brought tremendous pressure on young people to go to school, obtain employment, and live. In the current social environment, The problem of how to relieve the pressure of teenagers has brought new challenges to parents and educators, and it has become an important social issue for their mental health education. This paper first describes a series of related concepts and analyzes the related concepts. Then according to the previous results and related materials to put forward their own theoretical ideas. The author hopes to prove or modify the structure of stress adaptive ability. Through the open questionnaire survey and individual interviews, and referring to the relevant research of domestic and foreign experts and scholars, this paper constructs the theoretical structure of the stress adaptive ability of teenagers. A prediction scale of stress adaptive ability for adolescents was developed. 864 middle school students were tested with the predictor scale. The results of the prediction scale were analyzed by item differentiation and exploratory factor analysis, and the revised scale was obtained, and 870 adolescents were tested with the modified scale. The internal consistency coefficient reliability test and the structural validity test were used to test the results, which included cognitive evaluation ability, emotion regulation ability and behavior control ability. Formal scale for Adolescent stress adaptability with five dimensions of support ability and self-defense ability. The results show that:. 1) the structure of adolescents' stress adaptive ability is basically consistent with the theoretical conception, that is, the structure of adolescents' stress adaptive ability consists of cognitive evaluation ability, emotion regulation ability, and behavior control ability. There are five dimensions of ability to seek support and self-defense. 2) exploratory factor analysis showed that all dimensions of stress adaptive ability of adolescents were highly correlated with the total questionnaire, and they were all effective components in explaining the total questionnaire, which basically coincided with the original theoretical structure. 3) the reliability analysis of each factor level and total scale shows that the internal consistency of the scale is good, and the internal consistency coefficient of each scale is between 0.57 and 0.81. The internal consistency coefficient of the total scale was 0.86, which reached the significant level. The reliability of retest of the scale was also in the acceptable range, which may be due to the long test time interval. The results of validity test showed that the model fitted well with the data, which indicated that the self-designed questionnaire had good structural validity and echoed the result of exploratory factor analysis.
