【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的發(fā)展，人們對(duì)高質(zhì)量服務(wù)的需求日益提高；一些醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張現(xiàn)象也從側(cè)面反映出醫(yī)療技術(shù)好壞不再是患者衡量一名醫(yī)護(hù)工作者是否優(yōu)秀的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。醫(yī)護(hù)工作是典型的情緒勞動(dòng)行業(yè)，情緒勞動(dòng)策略的運(yùn)用在其復(fù)雜的工作環(huán)境中扮演者重要角色，，醫(yī)學(xué)生是未來醫(yī)護(hù)工作者的最主要組成部分，研究醫(yī)學(xué)生的情緒勞動(dòng)策略的運(yùn)用及影響因素有著重要意義。本研究選取醫(yī)學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象，將情緒狀態(tài)、情緒智力及情緒勞動(dòng)策略納入一個(gè)研究框架，探討三者之間關(guān)系。 本研究結(jié)果顯示：（1）醫(yī)學(xué)生的性別及是否獨(dú)生這兩個(gè)人口學(xué)變量在情緒智力水平方面差異無顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義；（2）情緒智力水平高低與情緒勞動(dòng)策略的運(yùn)用存在顯著差異，情緒智力水平影響情緒勞動(dòng)策略的運(yùn)用；（3）情緒智力水平與情緒狀態(tài)對(duì)情緒勞動(dòng)策略的運(yùn)用有交互作用，且交互作用顯著；不同情緒狀態(tài)對(duì)深層扮演策略影響顯著，對(duì)表層扮演策略影響不顯著；（4）情緒智力水平高低及不同情緒狀態(tài)對(duì)情緒勞動(dòng)深層扮演策略的運(yùn)用影響顯著，對(duì)表層扮演策略影響不顯著。（5）在正性情緒狀態(tài)下，情緒智力水平高的醫(yī)學(xué)生被試傾向于采用情緒勞動(dòng)深層扮演策略，情緒智力水平較低的醫(yī)學(xué)生被試傾向于采用表層扮演策略。負(fù)性情緒下情緒智力水平較高的醫(yī)學(xué)生被試傾向于運(yùn)用情緒勞動(dòng)深層扮演策略，情緒智力水平較低的醫(yī)學(xué)生被試傾向于運(yùn)用表層扮演策略。 該研究結(jié)果也有一定的應(yīng)用及參考價(jià)值，表明醫(yī)學(xué)生要成為一名優(yōu)秀的醫(yī)護(hù)工作者不但要掌握專業(yè)技能還要注意自身的情緒調(diào)節(jié)及情緒控制，以及注意提高自身情緒智力水平，多采用情緒勞動(dòng)深層扮演策略；另一方面醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)在選拔人才時(shí)可以加以考慮對(duì)應(yīng)聘者在這方面的考察，了解該應(yīng)聘者的情緒勞動(dòng)主導(dǎo)策略，選擇錄取那些以深層扮演為主導(dǎo)策略的應(yīng)聘者。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic level, people's demand for high-quality services is increasing day by day; Some doctor-patient tensions also reflect the fact that medical skills are no longer the only standard by which patients measure the excellence of a health care worker. Health care is a typical emotional labor industry. The application of emotional labor strategy plays an important role in its complex work environment, and medical students are the most important part of future health care workers. It is of great significance to study the application of emotional labor strategies and the influencing factors of medical students. This study selected medical students as the research object, and put emotional state, emotional intelligence and emotional labor strategies into a research framework to explore the relationship between them. The results of this study show that there is no significant difference in emotional intelligence level between male and female medical students and whether they are single or not. 2) there is a significant difference between emotional intelligence level and the use of emotional labor strategies. Emotional intelligence level affects the use of emotional labor strategy. (3) emotional intelligence level and emotional state have an interactive effect on the use of emotional labor strategy, and the interaction is significant, while different emotional state has a significant effect on deep acting strategy. (4) the level of emotional intelligence and the effect of different emotional states on the use of deep acting strategies of emotional labor were significant, but not significant on the surface playing strategies. (5) in the positive emotional state, there was no significant effect on the level of emotional intelligence and the use of deep acting strategies in emotional labor. The medical students with high emotional intelligence level tended to adopt the deep acting strategy of emotional labor. The medical students with lower emotional intelligence level tended to adopt surface acting strategy, while the medical students with higher emotional intelligence level under negative emotion tended to use emotional labor deep acting strategy. Medical students with lower emotional intelligence tended to use surface-acting strategies. The results also have some application and reference value, which indicates that medical students should not only master professional skills but also pay attention to their emotional regulation and emotional control if they want to become an excellent health care worker. And pay attention to improving their own emotional intelligence level, and adopt more deep acting strategies of emotional labor; on the other hand, medical institutions can consider the investigation of candidates in this respect when selecting talents, to understand the dominant strategies of emotional labor of the candidates. Choose to recruit candidates with deep acting as the dominant strategy.
