華文認(rèn)知能力量表在腦卒中患者中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:運用華文認(rèn)知能力量表研究腦卒中患者認(rèn)知損害程度和不同部位腦卒中的認(rèn)知損害特征,為腦卒中患者的認(rèn)知康復(fù)提供依據(jù)。 方法:按照病例對照研究設(shè)計,收集住院腦卒中患者79例和正常對照組34例,采用《華文認(rèn)知能力量表》(CCAS)評估入組被試的認(rèn)知功能,,并收集一般個人信息和臨床資料。運用SPSS19.0對資料進(jìn)行比較分析。 結(jié)果:(1)病例組在數(shù)字廣度、空間廣度、圖符配對、圖形類推、數(shù)理運算、巧拼積木、快速組詞、快速編碼等各CCAS分測驗測驗成績顯著低于對照組(P0.05或P0.001);在工作記憶、空間計算、加工速度、言語智商、操作智商、總智商等各因子智商成績均顯著低于對照組(P0.001);而兩組在漢詞配對、言語類推、學(xué)習(xí)能力、推理能力成績上則未見統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。(2)腦卒中組不同卒中側(cè)別在數(shù)字廣度、言語類推、數(shù)理運算、巧拼積木、快速組詞等各CCAS分測驗測驗成績組間差別顯著(P0.05或P0.001);在空間計算、加工速度、言語智商、操作智商、總智商等各因子智商成績組間差別顯著(P0.05或P0.001),進(jìn)一步多重兩兩方差分析比較顯示,不同兩兩側(cè)別相比在各分測驗上的結(jié)果存在差異。 結(jié)論:(1)腦卒中組CCAS智商、某些因子分和和分測驗測驗成績顯著低于正常對照組,提示腦卒中患者存在廣泛的認(rèn)知功能損害;(2)腦卒中并不同側(cè)別在CCAS智商、某些因子分和分測驗成績上存在顯著差異,提示不同的病變部位可能導(dǎo)致不同的認(rèn)知功能受損。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the cognitive impairment of stroke patients and cognitive impairment of different parts of stroke by using the Chinese cognitive ability scale, and provide evidence for cognitive rehabilitation of patients with stroke.
Methods: according to case-control study collected 79 cases of hospitalized stroke patients and 34 cases of normal control group, using the < > Chinese Cognitive Ability Scale (CCAS) assessment of cognitive function in subjects, and collected personal information and clinical data. Based on SPSS19.0 data were compared and analyzed.
Results: (1) cases in digit span, spatial span, symbol matching, graphical analogy, mathematical computation, collage blocks, word, etc. the rapid encoding CCAS subtest scores were significantly lower than the control group (P0.05 or P0.001); in working memory, spatial calculation, processing speed, verbal IQ. The operating factors of IQ, IQ IQ scores were significantly lower than the control group (P0.001); and the two group in Chinese word matching, verbal analogy, learning ability, reasoning ability scores are no statistically significant difference (P0.05). (2) stroke group with stroke side in digit span, verbal analogy, mathematical operation, collage blocks, word and other CCAS test scores between group difference significant (P0.05 or P0.001); in space calculation, processing speed, verbal IQ, performance IQ, IQ and other factors into the difference between group performance IQ significantly (P0.05 or P0.001), multiple two The comparison of two variance analysis shows that there are differences in the results of different two sides compared to the results of each test.
Conclusion: (1) the stroke group CCAS IQ, some factors of points and test scores were significantly lower than those in normal control group, suggesting that stroke patients have a wide cognitive function impairment; (2) stroke and different side in CCAS IQ, some factors and significant difference on test scores, suggesting that the lesion different cognitive function may lead to different damage.
