多維題組反應(yīng)模型:多維隨機系數(shù)多項Logistic模型的應(yīng)用拓展

【摘要】:本文將多維隨機系數(shù)多項Logistic模型(MRCMLM)拓展應(yīng)用到多維題組領(lǐng)域,得到適用于多維目標(biāo)能力和多維題組效應(yīng)的多維題組反應(yīng)模型(MTRM),該模型具有高度靈活性和適用性。本文通過兩個模擬研究和一個應(yīng)用研究探究MTRM參數(shù)估計精度和模型適用性,以及與two-tier模型的差異,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)能力維度間相關(guān)和項目評分等級是影響模型參數(shù)估計的重要因素;(2)MTRM對項目參數(shù)估計準確性和穩(wěn)定性高于two-tier模型,對題組效應(yīng)大小估計更為準確。(3)MTRM在考慮項目內(nèi)多維題組情況下模型擬合度更高,為測驗分析提供了更廣泛的模型結(jié)構(gòu)選擇,具有顯著的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the Multidimensional Random coefficient Multiterm Logistic Model (MRCMLM) is extended to the field of multidimensional problem group. A multi-dimensional problem group response model suitable for multi-dimensional goal ability and multi-dimensional problem group effect is obtained. This model has high flexibility and applicability. In this paper, two simulation studies and an application study are conducted to explore the accuracy of MTRM parameter estimation and the applicability of the model, as well as the differences between the model and the two-tier model. The results showed that the correlation between ability dimensions and item score were the important factors affecting the estimation of model parameters. The accuracy and stability of MTRM in estimating project parameters are higher than that in two-tier model. It is more accurate to estimate the effect of item group. The model fit degree is higher when considering the multi-dimension problem group, which provides a more extensive choice of model structure for test analysis. It has remarkable application value.
